I am interested in auditioning for the Disney college program but I have heard and read a lot of horror stories and I am now unsure of whether or not I want to do it. I am also looking towards being a cast performer/dancer and I just wanted your inside thoughts on what its like and if its worth it. Any information would help. Thanks!

@Heatherra33 The CP is hard, but SOOOO worth it. I was in QSR Food and Beverage, and Operations. It's hard work, but it's worth the admission in to the park and the great friends you'll meet while on the CP.

Since you are a cast member do you get to get into the park for free on your days off?

yep cast members r free basically for life and family gets discounts

So the hiring freeze? Do you thinkg it will that greatly affect the acceptance into the CP/CS spring programs?
