  • I HAVE A QUESTION

Do all the pdfs have to be in the same folder in my computer drive? Cheers

  • Times have changed.. MacSensei said Apple will probably not do anything with PDF functionality.. That's how things change in IT industry overnight - with the introduction of iPad.

  • I'm not a teacher but I have hundreds of PDFs that I have been trying to organize in a way that made them easy to find. Thanks so much for this free solution!

Glad you liked this tutorial. However, I am not sure that iTunes is still allowing PDFs. Furthermore, as one comment mentioned, PAPERS is an excellent app for handling PDFs.

  • please do you have 99 cents on itunes for me plzplzpzlz

    I wanne buy ''Smoove - I'm a man''

  • cool. Does that work on the PeeCee as well or just real computers?

  • There is a new program, Papers, which is free which I think might be a better replacement for this idea. It is great for grad students or professors.

  • huena compare , nunca se me habia ocurrido!

  • Great tutorial. But instead of (or better in addition to) smart playlists I'd recommend a seperate iTunes library for pdf files. Just option-click on the iTunes Dock icon and you can create a new iTunes library or choose which one to open. With this method your "Music" playlist doesn't get cluttered with pdfs.
