Can someone tell me something...it's just i have this thing about continuity and continuity errors and something has always stood out to me. In the first episode when this show first aired...Derek did mention how he was wearing a red shirt when he first met Meredith, but the morning after he had a black shirt. Now seeing this scene shows he really did have a red shirt on...but the morning after is when it changes...is it just me who noticed that?
