The voice actor for Italy is same as Romano. If you listen to Romano's Delicious Tomato Song and one part you will hear him sounding like Italy ( north) so why not try for Italy

That can only be done if you audition and they see if you suit the character.  It won't guarantee you'll get a role, but such is the acting business.
