ok true story. I had to leave my house every morning at the same time to get to my school bustop an catch the bus. I did not have time to watch any part of this show. So every morning, I would be dressed and wating with my backpack on my shoulders in front fo the tv. As the show started I only had time to watch this intro. As soon as the intro ended, I had to turn off the tv and run to the bustop cause I was a couple minutes late. I anxiously awated the electric guitar solo. I think I was 12.

Still love the fact that they completely changed the leader of the Star Sherrifs from who it was in the original series.. On the other hand, not hard to see why.. the black colored armor is way cooler than the red-colored armor.

That's because he IS the leader... of that team. Saber Rider isn't one of the three Sheriffs.

If you look closely, Saber Rider's armor is completely different from the black armored sheriff's. Saber Rider is an independent agent that works with them, I'm assuming.

@rocketprime cause this is the japanese anime, and the red is the main hero of the show but in this US version they make the saber rider into the hero of the show. Thus the opening from japanese version does makes ppl confuse.

I seem to remember owning a movie, but this also seems generally familiar. I very specifically remember the horse (though I seem to be remembering more than one horse) but I have no memory at all of any giant robots.
