I like this episode. I feel just like Stacey. I feel her when she says i wish people would treat me like a normal person. I dont know if they realized in the 90s. she could have ate a few cookies and been ok with a insulin shot. as a type one diabetic i find this episode informative to people that dont have diabetes

oh man do I know how Stacy feels! I am alergic to cane sugar and today was the Thanksgiving dinner at college, and EVERYTHING was made with sugar, except for the turkey and mashed potatos and salad. I couldn't eat the sweet potatos, or the squash or the cranberry sauce, and of corse no desert. It was a kind of depressing dinner.

This, the Little Sisters, Goosebumps, the Boxcar Children, & many of the Sweet Valleys were the BEST book series when I was younger. I owned the movie, but sadly never saw the 13-episode show come on TV. =/ Anyway, Mallory was always my favorite. But I like them all...Dawn, Claudia, Kristy, Mary Anne, Stacey, & Jessi. ^__^ Also Abby and Shannon from the books...and Karen, Nancy, and Hannie from the Little Sisters...and other characters. =D
