I'd say they are about even with skill although Sam Hill is faster, he is more wreckless with his riding. Like he pushes too hard sometimes while racing. Like at the 2008 Worlds when the front end went from under him.

I agree. There's no point being that fast if you're going to fall and loose the race.  Peat has a good balance between speed and control, thats why he does so well.

Depends on the track, if its a pedally track sam may aswell stay at home Peaty will mince him, he is frighteningly powerful. As for techy stuff, Sam Hill can dominate on that stuff but he needs to be in the mood and there is only a few races where he has done that, he is not consistent enough and he is a bit erratic. Sam plows through stuff where Peaty tends pick out his lines,
