since pump arrows ae right next to each other you don't me your hands. As long as there is a center marker with 2 other arrows it's easy to jump but all arrows you need your hands.
You slam down with one of your hands. It's a jump move that requires you to bend over. or in freestyle (and if you are flexible enough) you can actually bend backwards.
