I never bake nor cook, I made these and and they were a HUGE HIT, BUT..NOBODY WOULD BELIEVE I MADE THEM!!! your directions were very clear. Thanks so much.
Hi there I just wanted to say that I tried this recipe today and it turned out just like yours. One thing that I will change is that I will chop the almonds and secondly make the "logs" more narrow so that my biscotti are not too long. Thank you, How to expo.
@shafaq007 Great! I am always excited when I hear someone has tried out one of my recipes. I love baking my own Biscotti at home, the house smells ever so yummy and as the weather is getting a little more chillier here in CA, I dip it in my morning tea. Thanks for your comment and suggestions. It is greatly appreciated! Vera
@lallacuisine We like Moroccan food . Do you have recipes that are traditionally Moroccan? Please share them with us. We would like to hear from you. Thank you for posting.
@KBAFourthtime Its baked once for 35 minutes, then cut into one inch slices then placed back in the oven for 10 minutes each side. Flipped once. So I suppose it is placed back in the oven a total of 3 times. Otherwise it will not be dry and it will be soft. Hope this helps.
@emptyshoppingbag It is sweet but not very sweet, its more like a biscuit. Its supposed to be dry and harder then the normal biscuit. Hope this helps, let me know if you have any questions. -Vera
@madisonelectronic That's what I say too!! You can make plenty for fraction of the cost from the market. We just love it with tea. Enjoy it and thanks for your message :) Vera

when you add the dry ingredients you should use a strainer to avoid adding debris from the bag and to avoid lumps.
