This single exercise (for lack of a better word) has relaxed my tensions more than anything else I could have done inside of 10 minutes time. If nothing else it stilled me for 10 minutes, leaving me to push back stressors and other upleasant sensory pick-ups.

This is excellent! But I have a question.

Not questioning your expertise or being disrespectful at all but as I understood it and I am only a student, the notes and colors do not correlate.

Can you please explain this logic to me?! I am asking?!

The notes have distinct vibrations and so do the colors and this doesn't make sense to me?!

Light and sound are really the same, just different spectrum's of the same frequencies.

And yes it is relaxing but I have to question the validity here?! :)
