first question:maybe because megaraptor is a raptor and most of the time raptor have a similarity to a present bird, has feather, has skelekton looks like a bird .(But scientist believed T-Rex also have feathers)

Dinosaur king is good with designing the dinos appearences, (the coelurosaurs could have been more feathery though) but megaraptor didn't look like that!

I don't think that all Dromaeosaurids have feathers it's just I guess since the Dromaeosaurs are closely linked to birds most scientist believe that Dromaeosaurs had feathers.
