  • wow bad job... i just had an exterminator come in to kill these f**kers. they do eat other bugs and roaches and what not but they also will sting you, they dont give a f**k if your around either, they will patrol wherever they want, your bed, your kitchen table. Lions will kill every other harmful animal that may prey on you as well but you dont keep them around.

  • Saw one in my house in Ohio..... Creepy

  • haha it was like peace out!!!

  • Dangit. I just smashed one crawling up a wall (I live near a lake). Then I find out what it is, watch some videos, and find out that it's GOOD for my house. I go out and walk my dog, and come back to see another house centipede chomping down on a roach.

  • House centipedes have a bad rap from their looks. They're really one of the most beneficial insects around. Leave them be, let them do what they do best. If you want them to leave, solve the other insect problem -- whatever they're eating in your house.

  • 速い!!!

  • KILL W FIRE &HOLY WATER KTHX.

    Horrible animals.

  • omg

  • Dude you need to change the color of your carpet. lol. If you take your eye off it for one second, you can't even tell where it went after it stepped into the orange.

  • That's cool I notice those brownish/reddish ones seem pretty rare. The majority I see are moroe of a greyish tone but I live in the Chicagoland area so maybe they vary regionally? Good job not kiling it I love these critters

  • I saw one and followed him around my house for a while checking it out. I did some research they are beneficial to homes more then any other bug. they eat and kill the bugs that would bite you or give off diseases so even thought they are ugly as hell they are really helpful so don't kill it! Maybe you will catch one in the middle of eating a black widow or something then you can watch ur bug protector do its work lol.

  • they are soo scary. we have them in michigan too. my cats eat them.

  • Yes squash it, squash it squash it, squash it NOW!

  • I would never kill a bug, but I would also never let them stay inside. I

  • Those little bastards used to terrorize me in my crappy college apartment. They are super fast, they get huge, and they seem to come out when you turn the lights out and already comfy in bed. I had a pet tarantula for 6 years that I used to let crawl on me, and these things still creep me out. I DESPISE them.

  • Wouldn't call that giant, it's the same size as the ones you find here in Delaware.

  • i sicked my dog on one of these bugs and my dog chased it growling and ate it.

    Ill get it on tape

  • yep my old lab used to clean the house of any insect but my new one is a little pansy

  • yeah they eat cockraoches, ants, silverfish, and other annoying bugs. so its probably a good thing you let it live

  • Omg... you let him stay in your house.

  • I hope I never get one on me though. seeing them is one thing but once they are on you, that is a totally different story, they are to creepy.

whats funny about this is that you think they could kill lady bug but infact lady bugs kill both spiders and centipedes which I find pretty odd.

  • i have these creepy as things in my hpouse and i live in broklyn, finally i awoken to one crawlng on my arm and i screamed for mercy, after i killed it, i did some reshearch on it and i found out what it was, i am a grown man and ill tell u one thing, i actaully cried after that,

  • OMFG!! Why would you let it go?? LOL!!

  • i heard that people sell this fuckers for pets

  • i heard that people sell this fuckers-(didnt need that man) for pets

  • penis penis penis penis

  • You are a hero

    +1

  • dam it, they are toooo horrific for me to even watch them like that, can't even kill them, way to scary!!!

  • I literally hit one with a 2 by 4 and I sware it just looked at me and laughed. I aske God all the time the purpose of these creatures and he tells me, just for laughs.

  • ILL tell ya what they do while youre asleep! they eat spiders, roaches, and any other bug they can find.

  • ya all you college student in michigan state if you live in apartments next to the river by campus... you will see ones bigger than that sorry to say...

  • they bite??? eeek put them outside!

  • that is soo fucking creepy... why`d you let it go?

What is it gonna do while you sleep?

  • Do these suckers bite? I can take a lot of bugs giant to little but I see these guys all the time and the way they move my skin crawls.

  • Yeah I hate those things, they are all over Virginia. In high school, I came home from a party half lit up (drunk) and one was on the wall above the head of my bed. I used a broom on it and the legs were wiggling everywhere. The rest of the body ran off... slept in the living room that night. lol.

  • A few years ago, I lives in a townhouse and EVERYTIME it rained - it NEVER FAILED - it was "Centipede City" they'd all get together and have a big shin-dig in my basement!! Talk about " heebie-jeebies". I moved the heck up otta there. They are beneficial, but I just wish they knew how to stay OUTSIDE!!

  • I got huge chills from this. I have them in my house and they're SO scary. That orange one was just, AAAAAAH!

  • yeah omg ulgh amagine that thing crawl unside ur ear...blehhh....

  • y u let it go??? it will feast on your face tonight while u sleep!!!!!!!!1

  • seni bi ısırsa da o görsen

  • You fool! I grew up with those things! They are demons from the ancient times. GET OUT OF THERE!!

  • fk, i'v seen ones 6 inches long run across my kitchen floor, fast as hell and i wouldn't want it running up my leg ... scared the Sh*t out of me

  • I don't know why everyone hates them but yeah THOSE ARE COOL!

  • why did u let him out?

  • wow i've never seen something like that before..COOL!

  • i hate those ugly things..i luv cute cuddly animals but those are NOT cute in my book......they are so fast and there legs are so longg

  • eww that things fast

  • I think you can hear it if you listen close @.@

  • AHH YOU CRAZY KILL IT!

  • i see these fuckin things at work they freak me the fuck out i have to kill it if i see it but fuck are the fast

  • eeeeeek!

  • yea, they are beneficial, they kill spiders and other bugs. but i dont care. these things get the death sentance if i see them.

  • i fucking OWNED one of these big ass motherfuckers on my wall. ill put a vid up later.

  • don't. not everyone on youtube enjoys watching bad things happen to insects

  • Even though the house centipede isn't very venomous they do have a painful bite. I've had them in most places I've lived and they freak me out. They are so fast it's hard to kill them. I have woken in the middle of the night before with a huge one on the ceiling above my bed.

  • poor man.. if that happened to me id ave nightmares - when still alive

  • That one doesn't look like a usual centipede; it's a lot smaller and more like a regular bug. Interesting! :)

  • Ooooops!!! It got AWAY!!!!!!!!

  • i dont care if they benificial id rather have ants or other bugs in my house then these things they dont help keep my house clear because they are what i want out of my house!

  • Hi, i just watched ur vid and all i have to say is: ARE YOU FUKING CRAZY!!! YOU JUST LET THE ENEMY GO. GO FAST RUN AFTER IT AND CUT IT IN LITTLE PEICES OR STOMP ON IT AND THEY EXPLODE IN LIKE 20 DIFFERENT PARTS. ALL CENTIPEDES MUST BE DESTROYED.

  • AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

why does everyone think that vertabrates are superior to all othe animals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • because insects are taking over the world! And they're icky!

  • utter garbage.

  • ... okay. I was half kidding. I'm not sure why you would say "utter garbage" though. When things live in your house, it's interspecies competition, Mr. Insectophile. It's a natural reaction to be grossed out by something in your house and to want it out. I have nothing against people who are okay with it. But that's an exception, not the norm.

  • its utter garbage that they're taking over the world. insects insects and other arthropods have lived on earth for over 300 million years.

humans are taking over the world.

  • agreed. I was kidding about that. But there are definitely more insects than humans. The joke was the severity of it (number wise they're "taking over"). I'll stop joking. I can see insects "dominating" the planet is no laughing matter for you, sir. (I never said they exploit it the disgusting degree that humans do. you don't have to be defensive or snappy.)

  • well there in my house too, and they aren't doing such a hot job. those things creep me out.

  • i have those in my house, and ive never seen them b4, i thought they were some sort of poisonous creature! but ive never seen any other insects in my house, probably cuz of them

  • just let it be,it wont do any harm, infact it would prob become a nice little friend,u could feed it bits of cheese or summin, wish we had them in uk

  • I can't believe you let it go in your house now it's going to craw in your bed at night and go in your ear.

  • You have a vivid immagination! : )

  • Not really. I've found one crawling in my bed one night. Jumped over my shoulder and ran past my face between my bed and wall. Yuuuck. It happens!

  • I would think that could happen with any bugs, especially roaches. This though, I don't think so, it don't look like it could fit. LOL
