Beautiful cakes! I do have a question though, on the cake at 0:23 seconds, do you bake 2 cakes per tier or just one and cut it in half? I've always wondered because when I do 2 tier cakes they don't seem as high as professional ones and I only back one per tier and cut it in half.

@rosatr5 you actually need 3 cakes for each tier to give it a professional look
