I have seen the plane spawning inside people's driweways in Los Santos, my brother's friend saved a game after using cheats (I think this is what causes the game to start making these 'glitches', it's to punish cheaters).
I don't use cheats and this stuff doesn't happen when I am playing. I also play for a few missions in a row without saving, the game is alot harder (especially when you get to the gang territory missions).
This plane is actually not a cheat... it was designed that way for some reason to appear next to that house... maybe it was a joke by Rockstar, or just a mistake.

Yes, it's alomost always there... sometimes it appears in a different angle (crooked)... and sometimes it'll explode without getting into it... it could almost be called and Easter Egg of sorts.
Would you agree the hardest mission (on San Andreas) is the Zero mission where you have to defend against Berkley's attack on the transmitters? I think it is called Air-Raid. I could not successfully do this mission without the mini map (turned on). I seriously don't play with cheats and never have, it's amazing my brother and I have found the girlfriend* in Los Santos (not Denise), San Fierro (that works at the car modification shop) and the girlfriend that is a cop.
By not cheating I mean I didn't look on the internet for any maps of guns locations, or for any maps at all for that matter. I haven't completed the game fully (to 100% complete, I have completed the story), I always get bored at Las Venturas.
Have you also completed the unique jumps (the most I have done is like 40)?
And when you are in the gym in Los Santos there is a poster on the wall advertising a race starting at the pier. I could never find it. Do you know about this too?
I've done all 70 Unique Stunt Jumps... I have videos that show how to do the jumps that are located in San Fierro, Whetstone, The Desert, and Las Venturas... but not Los Santos.
The name of that race is called 'Beat the Cock'... and there are two of them; one originates in Palimino Creek, the other at Santa Maria Beach... and they can only be done on Saturdays & Sundays.
Could you tell me whereabouts, and is it at the start of the game or do you have to have a certain amount of the game complete? I have looked at the beach all over Santa Maria Beach and couldn't see anything anywhere, is there a certain time of the day to go there? I just try to figure out the easiest way to complete missions.
Also have you jumped off the Mount Chiliad on a motorbike and landed without dying? (I mean jump all the way over the mountain, landing on the road, I haven't made it)

I agree, the Vigilante Mission is very easy with the Rhino or the Hunter, but I meant that it's hard to do using vehicles other than those; like the Police Car or the Rancher or the HPV-1000 Motorbike.
It would be extremely hard to do, as the criminals have guns and there are more of them as you progress through the missions. I would suggest riding the motorbike and shooting the cars with the SMG, when they stop and get out jump off and M4 them. Be aware of the police bribes, I know where a few are off by heart and don't need to check the mini-map driving in San Fierro. Pretty much everything you probably already do. Have you tried finishing the game with the mini-map off?
I have to add that flying planes is near impossible with the mini-map off, so you can have it on for flying planes and helicopters. I also use the first person view when driving, flying, sailing or riding motorbikes (it is alot of fun, except you can't see how damaged the vehicles are, except for the motorbikes when you do wheel stands the view changes to a cool low angle close up).

It's a pre-recorded cut-scene. The mission will do that if CJ jumps out of the plane without the parachute.

Actually, I found Zero's Air Raid mission to be very easy; just aim the mouse and shoot... I didn't even have to use the keyboard.
The hardest missions for me were getting all-Gold in Driving School and the Vigilante Mission, but they're not that hard anymore. ;)
