Remember listening to your songs at your house before you recorded them at yous house in Palos. You showed me how you played each part and put it all together. I was sixteen and in awe of your talent. I still have the jade heart pendant you gave me for my sixteenth birthday, then I moved away. A bunch of us from the Jorgensen days have reconnected and would love to hear from you. Where are you?
Disco rules!!!! The Fabulous 70's a time of some of the best music that ever was and ever will be!!! Come on and Dance With Me!!! Like we did back in the day!!!
Let your mind and your body be free!!! Aww those were the days.
You had to experience it to truly relate! Peter Brown and this jam were there!!
NO doubt about it, the 70's was an incredibly fun time to be a kid growing up! I first heard this n my sisters Purple transistor radio as we road our stingrays home from school! WOW I miss it.
When I hear this I feel like jumping in a '77 Trans Am with the big eagle on the hood, a la 'Smokey and The Bandit', cranking this song up LOUD, then doing a 50 ft burnout all the way down the street!
I remember this song from my grammar school days, when life was simplier and stress free. Peter Brown rocks, with his bad self! If anyone is interested, go on google and type in peter brown. There is a tribute site for him.
movies always make this mistake with music peter brown song dance with me came out in in 1978 this movie takes place in the summer of 1977 so this song was not even on the scene yet
Hey, I was stationed at Travis Air Force Base 1978-1980... I was your neighbor. I remember this song during my senior year of high school... 1978... I had a good time at Travis, liked Fairfield
I lived in Fairfield 1975-80. My parents still live there. I used to go to Travis quite often. I was in the Navy, stationed at the Naval Air Station in Alameda. I was on the USS Kansas City (AOR 3) 1981-83.
