+1 for a beautiful car. i want to make a replica of the woodard dream cruse 1of1 reverse colored out of my 2000 ws6. And your video reminded me of how awesome the black/white interior looks! i gota look into how much it is to redo the black seats white is. If you care to share the cost of the material/stitching besides the $100 install id appreciate it
@funkysatty Thanks! Sounds like your ready to spend some money! I know exactly what your car your talking about...and that would be an awesome thing to do. I actually just bought my seat covers on ebay for around $1000 & had them installed. Since you will probably have to have yours custom made...it will probably be quit a bit more.
@gerardop0119 I got lucky enough and found them on ebay. I paid $1175 for just the rims. They were in REMARKABLE shape...with very minimal scratches/chips/curb rash.
This is my dream car! im 14 years old. i WILL have one of these cars when im 16. i already have had a long talk with my parents. im not going to abuse mine or run it to hell. im a huge fan of street racing but im going to treat mine right. my plan is to have a 700+hp red trans am by the time im 30. then have another black trans am bone stock allll stock. :) just sharing my dream.
Mine is 0929, 6 speed all stock. Nice ride you have! Do you know where I can find new decals and can you tell me where you got the seat covers? My drivers side is shot on the side bolster.
@SBYsparky What's up man, thanks for the comment! As for decals...I've seen a few sets go on ebay. I actually got my seat covers on ebay as well. I had them installed at an upholstery shop here in town...$100 for the installation...$100 well spent for sure.
Where did you get the TA plastic engine covers? I want to buy some for mine. Thanks for putting this video up. Very nice job fixing her back up. I can't stand it when people don't take care of them.
what did you do to the motor? Is it still stock? Or did you have it rebuilt. Can you please give me more infor on the car and if you mind what did you pay for the car.
@Jimbabe09 The engine is all stock besides a few bolt-on's. I paid $14,000 and it was pretty much junk....interior was shot, rearend bearings were toast, the front end was toast, I had to repaint both bumpers, the windshield was busted.....
@LS6Silverado thanks man, you really know the prior owner huh? I wish he would have kept the 30th portfolio...thats about the only thing thats missing.
@StudManbdk thanks for the comment! Sorry man, it's not forsale, I'll never sell it. I even have the "firebird" emblem with the production number tatoo'd opn my arm!
Love the car. I just bought one myself. I found mine with 60,000 on it for $12,000 I am so happy. I don't think you are right about the 1600 made though. From all the research I have done and people I have talked to over the years, they made 1000 coupes, and 500 convertibles in the 30th Ann. thats 1500 in all. Love your bros 87 as well.
@lascz28vago "The run of limited edition 30th Anniversary T/A WS6s is a very limited run of only 1600 cars. 1065 Coupes with 65 of them going to Canada were built. 535 Convertibles with 35 of them going to Canada. Of those 1600 cars, 10 cars were used as public relations cars (5 coupes/5 convertibles), 38 central office cars (10 coupes/28 convertibles), and 30 were used as official cars for the 1999 Daytona 500 (30 convertibles)."
Of Coarse! I Will get a video up of mine soon. I have one up now of my HID'S I just upgraded to. Congrats on the purchase! Sounds Good. Where did you find a place to purchase the new wheels. And also where did you get your two blue Pontiac Emblems? The one in between the rear hatch decals and the one on the front of the bumper. I would like a set of those. Thanks Man! Keep them going strong!
