But the song I sing here, is the version by Nicole Croisille, and the name of this version is "j'aurais aimé être un artiste".

She chose another name to make a distinction with the original version :)

You know more than I know. I take back what I have said. The lyrics are the same, so please tell me the difference between the two versions, I am eager to know.

(For the record, I am university professor of management, and I find this song one of the best exposé of the existential difficulties of the managers I meet. I wish my students could understand French so that I coyuld introduce my classes with it)
