  • The greatest scene in cinematic history.

  • @truvianni

Glad you can't even tell people about the end of this film without crying ,I thought I was the only one !!!

I'm not a "cryer" at films , but this one gets the tears flowing !

  • What an excellent film:')

  • Thank you, PBS! My local PBS station showed this great movie during early December of 1986. Before that year, I hadn't seen this marvelous flick since I was a kid. I spent my grandmother's last Christmas season (1986) on earth with this great movie. My grandmother met Jimmy Stewart just before he went to war. She said he was a fantastic guy! Thank you, Frank Capra, for this great bit of Americana -- a Norman Rockwellian look back at post-WWII America! A Merry and Hopeful Christmas 2011 to all!

  • I always break down when George's brother says "To my big brother--the richest man in town"--the whole outlook of the film is in those few words.

  • Wow, it's been so long since I've watched this...

    Thanks for the upload! :)

    Peace and goodwill to all.

  • Oh what a classic just love this magical movie i wish people who has never seen this wonderful movie to watch. All that is important in life is we do good for other people and have wonderful friends and our family love who we are.

  • Can anyone watch this superb film and not cry at the end ?

One of the greatest films ever made

  • @ossymos I dont know if they can but to be honest with you I can not even tell my friends where I live about the ending of this film without crying.

  • Hey...thank you so much for sharing... I cry even in the Summer at the ending.
