i play basketball and i heard getting real flexible helps a lot with your vertical and helps your muscles recover quicker from soreness and helps prevent injury so this will really help, thanks
@SymbioteDude123122 I never really did any exercise until around 2003 when I was 14, so I went from no flexibility to where I am (probably more flexible than I currently am) in about 3 years. I basically stretched whenever there was an opportunity, along with 3x/week martial arts training.
@Pikaciu89 the workout takes as long as it takes, really. Depends how much time you have on your hands. Flexibility is the most directly proportionate to time spent working on it when compared to other types of training. The more often you stretch, the more flexible you will get.
Really nice things I learn here it made me instantly subscribe keep them coming. Will you possible make any videos about backflips front flips and things like that but more on the martial arts side :)
I'm envious of you

How long should you spend on each stretch, if you plan on doing it once a day to improve flexibility?

How long should take this workout? And how often do you repeat it? Thank you for answer.

The best time to stretch is after your workouts.
