all you really need to say is that within the scientific method, theories explain a lot more than scientific laws. theories are supported by facts and truth. normal people dont think scientifically therefore they see the word theory as meaning a guess or inclination towards something being true. luckily all of humanity prospers from the people who dont allow the shortcomings of their own logic steer them in a direction to believe in an imaginary friend. lucky to live in a time of great knowledge

Science works there is no debate, but the evolutionary theory is still just that a theory. There are areas that are still being debated, tested, and some still being found out as we speak. Therefore on that basis alone it is indeed non factual. Not to mention the only area in which evolution has been proven positive is in the area of micro-evolution. I don't know what you mean with "first mamels". I'm sure, all of known animals classes where created all in the same time. I agree with the message of this video... but you're not correct in using the word "fact." That word is a BIG no-no in science. Theory is the highest level of sureness of which we are capable.
The difference between the theory of evolution and the theory of gravity is that gravity can be empirically verified & tested. Anyone can see gravity at work everyday (i.e. what goes up eventually comes down). But with evolution, only micro-evolution (adaptations within species) has been empirically proven. There has never been any case of macro-evolution (species developing into others through adaptations) observed. Macro-evolution is just extrapolated from the evidence of micro-evolution.

Where is all the evidence that should be bursting forth from the planet that supported evolution for millions of years? Why isn't the evidence laid out clearly for all to see and understand? @crazy8joshy He is only pointing out the flaw in argument when people argue that the Theory of Evolution is just a theory, not exactly on the theory itself. At least I think so. There is evidence for evolution for many people to consider it fact: I'm not an expert on evolution, but I do know there is some evidence within fossil records that show changes over time. One example is the Archaeopteryx. It shows that birds may have descended from a reptilian ancestor.

Yea actually we have found so many fossils that show the slow progress of evolution its not even funny. Oh and the dna evidence alone proves evolution. It has been observed actually taking place in many species.

If abiogenesis spontaneous creation *without* specific "design" can be admitted under such conditions of regularity, then purposeful generation and definitely balanced creation can be the result of *error* ad perplexity, since these two are *opposed* to abiogenesis.

All of these over-confident believers have only researched and understood the case for the defense. In a court of law a decision based on information from only one side would result in the declaration of a mistrial.

The difference between the theory of evolution and the theory of gravity is that gravity can be empirically verified & tested. Anyone can see gravity at work everyday (i.e. what goes up eventually comes down). But with evolution, only micro-evolution (adaptations within species) has been empirically proven. There has never been any case of macro-evolution (species developing into others through adaptations) observed. Macro-evolution is just extrapolated from the evidence of micro-evolution.

To be honest I do believe in creation as the evidence I've seen since a young man has been overwhelming... in both science and my own spirit. I've never seen the long trail of evidence required to prove the evolution of man over millions of years so I am intrigued. Thanks for your help!
