Omar - Are there any down sides to taking too many fish oils caplets per day? I was taking 10 (1000mg), but I have recently reduced it to 6 per day. I know in your love handle video you said take at least 6 per day with everything else. By the way, I have been doing just that and my love handles are already shrinking after a month =)
