@shadowtamer6666 Or not because at the time of making the game, Fire Emblem 1 and 3 (aka Marth's games) were Japan only. Only as of February 2009 did Marth have a game localized in English for the DS, which was way after Brawl's release.

One thing about Mario Finale is before Mario releases the vortex, up close an invisible aura can damage you once to possibly increase to chance of the attack itself hitting you.

So I think you should also note at keeping your distance when jumping over it.

@TheAlfie2001 I know how to do it, but its a bit difficult to explain. Basically, you press and hold the jump button after you do 2-5 jumps. (This is nearly impossible to do on the Wii remote (alone) unless you change the control setup.

You aren't invincible on the edge. One can simply press Down+A to smash you. Learned this in the original on the N64, but I haven't tried it on Brawl yet...

I know a way to counter super sonic. stand at the ledge, and attack as he is hitting you. This attack will cancel the damage caused, still knocking you back. The knockback is so little, though, that you fall of, but grab onto the ledge and can climb back up.

you should give more advice for marios final smash, becuase if its used right, it can suck you in even when you jump, like the enemy is on the ground and mario jumps and uses it, staying on the ground will scoop you into it, and if mario jumped, jumping yourself makes it worse, unless you use sonic for his spring jump.

Actually, I think the easiest way to avoid Marth's smash is to try and jump over it as soon as you think he'll use it. Kirby's smash can also be avoided through other ways-- if it's a Melee stage, just stay away, or cliffhang on the farthest ledge from Kirby. I find that it's really useful if you're Kirby and you simply use up-b excessively.

When you recover from getting launched and a double jump won't get you on the platform, you use the up (or whatever helps) special to get back on. But using a "special recovery" will leave you vulnerable for a second, which is the MOST annoying moment when they use a FS. Has that ever happened to you?

I can escape from all super smashes, it isn't too difficult than it appears, some of they you only have to press Z + a direction comand, and others to take a good distance from the player who takes the smash ball, and if he follow you, only grab him and hit to take off the smash ball...it isn't so difficult to do '-' good luck everybody to make these skills !
