Also, the state of Hawaii does not put the doctor or hospital important enough to put of the documents. They're probably were never putt in the database.

What do you think you would gain by knowing the hospital or doctor?. Do you people plan to harass the Doctor? People have been calling Hawaii Dept of Health employes at home! Imagine what would happen to the doctor if his identity is revealed. If he is still alive, would he even remember a baby born in 1961?

They have his birth certificate in the vaults. The Hawaiin authorities, including the Republican Governor, have attested to that. But Hawaii gives people computer generated certifications rather than a copy of the original. I think it's due to the fact that things are computerized. Obama did not make an effort to get a short form or seal birth records.

Kenya's official independence was in 1963, and any number of labels could have been applied to government documents during that time period.

The independence process for the nation actually started taking as early as 1957, when there were the first direct elections for Africans to the Legislative Council.

That's a good point it was a request for verification of a vault copy that happened in 1964, quite hard to fake because of the signature, paper, folds seals, format. I've already heard there's some problem with it.
