i believe it's available in a book of sheet music called "Jane Austen's World" it has all of the themes from Emma, S&S, Persuasion, etc.

Actually this song is called Weep You No More Sad Fountains and she sings this in the beginning when they first meet, but it's beautiful nonetheless!
