It always seems strange to me that the Sydney Opera House features so much in peoples impression of Australia. I guess all the travel brochures are to blame. For me as an Australian knowing all the other things such as the richness of wildlife and friendly culture etc, to pick out one unusual looking building in Sydney.. anyway, if it brings more tourists into Australia then that at least is a positive.
How did you like sydney? is it better than other cities like miami, paris, new york, Rome, or any other of those, I would love to know... I'm thinking of moving there in a few years from the United States.
