Portal 2 is beast. But I don't get how GLaDOS and Chell are out in this parking lot place with a toll booth and on the surface outside, but in Portal 2 you find GLaDOS deep in the facility. And when you escape, you come out of a small shack in a wide open field of grain. Or why is the facility still active and powered when you take out GLaDOS, the brain of Appeture?

The ending in Portal for me has a missing or corrupted file, I think. When everything blows up and I end up lying on the ground, there's no sky, just a checkered purple and black background. Here is some are some anwsers for some of your questions. First of all, some of you are wondering how GlaDOS was put back together, well in Portal 2, she said she built 2 robots (Atlas and P-Body). When Chell wasn't doing the right thing, I do recall ( I haven't beaten the game in a couple of days. ) I bet they fixed her. And some are wondering how Chell lived that long. When she was dragged inside, she was put into a very long period of sleeping. Well iI don't have enough characters. Sorry.
