  • 3486 views.....people are listening , are you ,ASV ? i dont own a bking ,but we are a motorcycle and atv family . if these guys are gonna blow off a major problem like this ,i will spend the extra few bucks ( or save ) and buy someone else's stuff. good video

  • @streetsweeprz

Does this problem still excist i was looking at putting ASV on my 09 GSXR 750

  • This problem never existed on any make or model other then the B-King. They never made a lever for the B-King but were miss informing customers by stating that the lever was would work for B-King. My nephew is a parts guy and he asked and was told this as many others in the B-King forum were.

  • My biggest issue with ASV is the owner 1st argued there was a problem, then when it was obvious he promised to tool up and build a proper fitting lever for the B-King and requested I do another review of the fixed and functional product. 2 months later no levers. When I called him on it he said he was too busy supplying product for paying customers.

  • I thought this was odd as I was sitting on 2 levers I paid allot of money for one of which had major flaws. This is without a shadow of a doubt, poor customer service. I tell all who ask, I truly believe the Pazzo levers to be equal to or higher in quality and customer service as far as I am concerned, far surpasses that of ASV.

  • thanks so much for the info !

  • Months ago ASV never made things right by me as they were busy filling new orders. I told them to forget it. I will toss my levers in the trash before using their products ever again. I hear they have resolved the FI problem. The customer service in my opinion is sub par. While I was getting excuses why they couldn't remedy the problem immediatly Pazzo stepped up, designed and put into production a fully functional bug free lever for the B-king. Right on Pazzo!

  • They did offer to get some out to me and with some new design. i refused to accept them. I'm done with ASV.

  • I wonder what the folks at Suzuki, Yoshimura, Two Brothers and other exhaust manufacturers would say about this. I would love to show you the emails I have gotten from ASV but I think the statements above and the fact that ASV failed to take care of a Paying customer says it all. I say paying becuase in the last email they stated they a month backlogged and were honoring paying customers. Hmmm. I paid cash for mine. But then the they already got that money didn't they.

  • std ones are fine , unless your a show pony

  • ASV has yet to release a clutch lever specifically designed for the B-King. The CRC545 will work using the Kawasaki tab but it is not recommended or endorsed by ASV. An FI code is a fuel injection code related to aftermarket exhaust which the bike in this video has. The ASV clutch lever had nothing to do with the FI code. The sloppiness of the ASV lever is because it is not made for this bike and should not be used for this bike. The person who made this video is not a professional technician.

  • No I'm not a professional technician. I'm a guy who went to a dealer (as many have done) and heard about the FI issue and the dealer checked intoit and was told the FI issue would not occur if we used the Yamaha/Kawasaki tab. We were told a ASV personel had a B-king and the levers worked great. I'm only passing on what I went through. I sent a couple emails and got no respnse from ASV.

  • Further more if you are with ASV and in the position to help me I would love to work with you. So far my emails fgo un answered. I belong to a forum with allot of B-king owners who are not happy with ASV right now. I'm sure they would love to work with you as well.

  • I have been in contact with Robert Morales of ASV and we worked this issue out. The product was never designed for the B-King. Anyone who was told this by any ASV personel was miss informed. I have provided ASV with feedback on the FI error and fit. ASV takes pride in Quality and is working to build a B-King clutch lever that will fit and work on the Suzuki B-King. Robert has agreed to send out a set to me as soon as they are ready.

  • Be advised this issue is only regarding the ASV clutch lever on the B-King. The levers fit the other applications without any issues. Stay tuned folks.

  • hummmm.glad to know Rob THANKS!!!

  • Update! Unfortunately ASV failed me again. I received an email on the 7th wanting to know why I have not sent them my color and size. I did this days earlier. I sent then Their actual part numbers too. I got an email say "sorry" adn the wuld ship immediatley. this was on the 8th of April. As of this morning no product. They asked me to redo the video review with their modified units.

  • Turns out the ASV fix is nothing more then combining to existing tabs to take up the free play. Hmmm. What about the etra long reach required when the clutch lever is properly adjusted. I'd like to bring to the publics attention the ASV technical support persona comment above. Two things to point out... 1) They admit the levers are nto for a B-king. This is after telling me and others they were. 2) They place the blame for the FI error on the use of after market pipes.
