Notice he hits a klinker on the harmonica around 1:19, he smirks! I remember once in 72 I saw him and the band started a song poorly and Rory stopped, apologized to the audience and restarted the song. A true professional.

I saw Rory many many times, but with the Taste, 1969 and 1970 in Hamburg, Rory was on that time the real guitar super star in Hamburg, the Taste, specially with the high dynamism drummer John Wilson, was the the best from Rory`s alltime band,

I saw Rory Gallagher in 1968 at the Village of the Damned Blues Club in Gillingham. I saw him about 20 times after that over the years and even bought him a guinness at Chatham Central Hall! We were the only two in the bar during the warm up band he was a very quiet guy! Sadly missed.
