maybe somebody can help me!! i'm getting LOUD feedback from the sub, once and a while, mostly when i start up the car. I think it has to do with my line level converter not agreeing with my back speakers. it only started once i replaced my factory speakers. is there a way to tap my converter into the front speakers? or is there another way to create RCAs?

@microphonecheck1 yes best to hook it up tp the head unit i have mine the wire ran from the head unit to a switch and then to my amp but head unit is good too but if you get a switch you have to remember to cut it off everytime you dont have tge car on

hey maybe somebody can help me! i'm having some crazy feedback from my subs, when i power off my car (honda accord 1998). I have my remote wire hooked up to my power window fuse *the radio/lighter fuse wouldnt work* and its giving me trouble when i start or shut down the car. is the best way just to hook it up to the HU, or should i install a switch?

Good idea.. But too big in size.. You can buy vu meter kits for like £5-10 but they use regular leds rather then SMD ones showen here and are the bar style .. It would be good if you can make them around 1.5" x 2" size

I wish they were smaller, and maybe self contained so I could mount them under my dash. My Civic doesn't have much room for those things. I like the idea because I was looking to do the same thing. I remember in the 80's all HighEnd Home Stereos had db meters, some LED some Needles. I'm glad you brought this out but I will have to wait for something smaller. Good Luck Steve.
