call me close minded and traditional, but this looks more like gymnastics with a stick than martial arts. not to take anything away from her though. i'm sure it took a lot of training to get to that point.

the bos are not aluminum... they are wood with tape on them. they are light but if she were to be trying this type of form with a heavy bo staff she would have destroy her shoulders and wrists by the time she was 12.

My granddaughter and I just started weapons class. Heather is awesome. I know I will never be as good, but I can hope that Brook will at least be half as good!
ok... for rockstarboy97.... i doubt your abilities. i've been in tae kwon do for as long as this girl has been alive and i still can't do some of the stuff she's doing. as for the video.... that was really awesome.
hey rockstarboy97 yes but this is very nicly done I have a few complaints though the kipup should of been done alot better it was a bit low but some very nice work with the staff I liked the aerials too I still cant do one of those stupid things so yea.just dont diss this person this kind of extream weapons is hard to achieve so I give this kid props but still continue and excell.

She was excellent, an absolutely brilliant extreme weapons form, for those who have put her down go back to being her age and try doing it (yeah right) and get a life....well done done girl you should be very proud!!
in NASKA, any form with flips where the head goes below the waist or more than a 360 spin with both feet off the ground is considered extreme. if you did that in the creative division you would be dq. it has nothing to do with the actual weapon use.
for someone else that took lessons in isshin ryu and bo-jutsu, its easy to tell that she has spent allot of time practicing. i can only imagine how much dedication she has for this. when people say you didnt do good, they are prolly some people that think they can twirl some lightsaber the same way singing the star wars anthem dressed as a jedi.
and people say XMA sucks haha

correct... not at a NASKA tournament. do what ever you want with the weapon but its what you do with your body that determines creative or extreme.

A good way to intimidate an untrianed opponent, but for those trained in the traditional forms, there are so many ways to easily disarm her.

its a bo staff form, so its performance martial arts, not an actual technique to use on someone, idiot. Form's pretty good though
