    the world loves elvis presley

  • OMG, you did a wonderful work with this 8mm footage!! Congratulation! And this song is so beautiful, I have to cry when I hear this!!! So touching lyrics. It sounds like he sang about himself, amazing. Thanks a million for sharing it. Betti

  • Knowing; you said Elvis cried himself sick, when Linda left, OH that dear man..To hear of his pain, is heart breaking, even after all these years..Linda must be a wonderful lady for him to love her so deeply..I pray while she was there she showed him at least half as much love as he felt for her..YTR

  • Such a beautiful song and a wonderful video.5*

  • Great video

  • Elvis had alot of people ( families ) on his payroll,if Elvis didn't work they might have to do alittle belt tighting, not to mention all the gifts they probably grew to expect..He was there for them right to the end..Some of these same people you will see here on youtube trying to belittle this loveing and gentle man..And you can put the Stanley's on the top of that list..Rick and David he helped raise those two and supported them.. Elvis probably loved them also..Judgement day is coming..YTR

  • thats a different eagle outfit. the one in the aloha special wasnt as heavy looking with the eagle. he had like 2 or 3 different suits like it though

  • Oh, I wasn't aware of that, thanks! I'll change it right away!

  • im not sure if he wore that in memphis though he wore a different suit. it was prolly his heaviest one ever where the cape he wore was like 45 lbs lol i dont know how in the hell he managed to move the way he did with heavy jumpsuits and capes. its no wonder why by the mid 70's he wasnt as quick on stage as he was in the early 70's

  • It was probable HIS weight in the later years as well.

  • oh yeah deffineitly poor guy by 77 he looked like he was in pain. he didnt belong performing like that. i dont mean the concert itself i mean being on all them long gruelling tours. it was obviosu by late february he was breaking down fast

  • just imagine what it did to his Cilla!

  • it mustve been torture watching him waste away for her. she had to have been blaming herself. i believe if she stood by his side he wouldve pulled through and he wouldve had the balls to fire parker and could still be here with us today possibly.

  • True, but Col. Parker DID keep Elvis' legacy alive while he was in the Army...it was the drugs that did it.

  • what was good in the 50's and early 60's obviously wasnt good in the late 60's and 70's though. his method of managing was bad. especially when he was using elvis to pay off his gambling debts in vegas it pretty much killed elvis. he couldnt do no world tours or any movies that he couldve actually acted in in. 2 great roles he was sppsed to be up for but they were shot down midnight cowboy and a star is born. imagine elvis acting legacy if he was able to do them movies

  • @LastElvis90 this parker guy worked elvis to death just so that he could gamble it all away in vegas, can't believe that all these hangers on didn't thank any further
