This is one movie I wish that Clint Walker had never made. He was too decent a man to star in this kind of movie. I was surprised and disappointed when I watched it. I love him dearly, but this movie was beneath him.
this was so funny?"how long you been traveling with him","he been a preacher all his life".funny stuff, clint trying to get info from her.he had a flair for comedy.watch "panch villa".his scenes with anne francis are hilarious!
wowzaaaaaa what a couple. kim always had a great figure, what was in that candy anyway hahaha. I was always curious if kim didn't have kids out of choice. nevertheless she had a plum of a life
I just love the expression on his face when she says she has a medal too!! he is so naive...and sweet...He makes you believe he is that innocent...This has become one of my favorite Clint movies...he really shows his comedic skills...
Ms Novak was a great star at Columbia where she starred in classics such as Picnic, Bell Book and Candle and Strangers When We Meet. On loanout Kim made the legendary Vertigo at Paramount. Kim left Columbia and did Of Human Bondge, Moll Flanders, Kiss Me Stupid, The Legend of Lylah Clare and this western romp with Clint Walker and posse of character actors. In her heyday Novak worked with Rita Hayworth, James Stewart, Eilizabeth Taylor, Bill Holden, Jack Lemmon, Billy Wilder, Hitchcock.
His reaction is priceless when she shows him her "medal"!
"Maam I gotta tell you the truth uh, I-I was just pretendin' to look at your medal because there ain't nothin' there,.. I mean there ain't no MEDAL there..." ♥♥♥
Oh this is so sweet. So, so sweet! I love it. I love the expression on his face when he "couldn't see her St. Christopher medal." He would have been super on more romantic comedies. But yes, I agree it got cut off too soon/1
Hi, Patsy. This is "The Great Bank Robbery" and it was just released in May so it's readily available at most video stores. Hope you can get it, it really is a very cute movie :)
No..No!!!! it ended right at the good part!!! Clint in color...sigh..did you notice how she ran her fingers through his chest hair to look at his necklace??yet again..I would've tried to mess up my lines to keep doing this scene over and over and over...yes that's what makes Clint soooo sexy..is his innocence in this..thanks again Theo!!!!!
Hey THEO!! LOVE IT!!! I told you the gals would also love it! LOL! This is my favorite scene from the movie. I think Clint & Kim have good chemistry...what a lucky gal! She got to search out that MEDAL on his chest...Hahahaha!! He was so adorable in this. I only wish he'd had a HUGE HUGE HUGE role in it. But he was simply amazing. I wish he'd done more comedies....romantic comedies! He'd be perfect in those. Of course, he's wonderful in anything he does. Comes from being a realllllly good actor.
Oh yeah, that is good stuff! I love him in scenes like this. He is just the cutest thing when he's under the influence. Now if only that were me instead of Kim Novak....
Whooooooa, that's about as risque as I've ever seen in a Clint Walker movie. And he's completely innocent the whole time, poor guy! LOL LOVE HIM EVEN MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for posting Theo!

James Stewart looked like Kim's grandpa in Vertigo. Ridiculous casting, he was way too old for her.
but this guy looks pretty cool

Ok, so now I have to buy ANOTHER video! I
wonder if you can write this stuff off on taxes -
you know, like maybe as educational stuff? It
sure works as exercise material - my heart gets
a heck of a cardio workout with those barechested photos! My heart thanks you, Theo,
even if my pocketbook is cryin'.
