Do you get your apps cracked or do you pay for them?

this would be a really good app for playing music with other people.

maybe even combine with other apps or perhaps korg ds-10.

this guy isn't a musician, so he doesn't really sell it towards that audience.

it SHOULD cost $3.99 because it actually is a really well made app and brian eno is a genius.

Why should it be free? Every developer has the right to charge for their work and time ya know. Jeez people have gotten so cheap, people won't pay anymore than 99 cents for an app now. This app is a really well done app, so it definitely should cost some money. Would you spend a few weeks working anywhere and not get paid? Why should developers then? Programming isn't easy work either.

I respect your point from a seller's point of view. For your info, I'm not one of those cheap pricks who only download free apps. I've spent more than £50 on apps now. However, why should I pay for an app when all it does is makes random sounds when I tap it? I like a little more depth in my apps. Hats off to the developers though seeing as it's well done. It's just not my cup of tea.

All this means nothing now anyway as my iPhone broke and my warrentee is void 'cause my iPhone was jailbroken.

I agree completely, but I'd like to point out that the sounds aren't entirely "random". I don't have the app, so I can't be sure, but they're likely based off of different modal scales of music (i.e. Dorian, Aeolian, Mixolydian, etc.). Changing the "mood" likely changes the mode.

I still think it should be free.
