sometimes its easier to just keep a secret rather then tell. Its alwasy easier to lie rather then tell the truth. I still tell people it was a cat no biggy, i cant tell them because then they'd hate me and i cant bear to feel so shameful.
Everyday some one uses self injury to cope with the crap of life if someone you know is self injuring talk to them about it listen to what they have to say you nay be able to help them before it gets bad or help them get out and be free from bad self injury

I do talk to my friends :) and it helps alot ... :) Especially when your a cutter or carver of symbols and words like me
