  • 4:53 I clicked on this because I couldn't WAIT to to hear how Al Sharpton would spin this into a frightening situation. Either you're afraid of regular citizens, 99% of whom are good people that buy guns legally, or you're afraid of being caught unarmed by the 1%. What type of background did Sharpton come from where he's afraid of EVERYONE?! That type of fear begets a police state. Politicians know guns laws disaffect lawful purchasers only, not thieves, but they want government control only.

  • Right on......protect your right speak up and out there are too many lives being taken from the criminal element.its a constitutional right to protect yourself and your family why have it any other way it makes no sense!!!!!!!

  • but to my friends on the other side of the argument @bettrnotbetaken and xnmr53, exuse me if i have been rude or abnoxious in the way i say things. I respect your guys arguments, and i dont want this bipartisanship lack of cooperation in congress to end up embedded in us as citizens. Ive been enjoying a few gentlemen drinks, and am very happy at the moment, so i thought id throw that out there. Cheers fellows.

  • gun control should be banned because it's nothing but a cancer society.

  • Yeah...because gun control doesn't work in places like western Europe, Canada, and Japan....oh wait it does.bdo your research people, take your head out of your ass.

  • @LacosTacosPacos Before you go saying that gun contol works look a switzerland. Everyone has gun over there, and they have less crime than us. Its the people not the guns. Alot of Americans now are raised to think that they are owed somthing, and when they dont get their way they use violence. Guns freed us from the Brits, and they protect people everyday. The media is why we do not hear about it, they have their own agenda.

  • @kenshrah America is one of the most gun tolerant nations in the world. Come to Arizona, and see how ridiculous our gun laws are. I get a little uneasy when i go to a bar, and everyone is strapped.

  • @LacosTacosPacos i feel better know that law abiding citizens are armed makes criminals think twice before breaking into a house or robbing some one

  • @LacosTacosPacos So you have a case of hoplophobia... No wonder your so stubborn...

Might I list the town of Kennesaw, Georgia. It passed a bill which required any heads of household (with the exception of those mentally handicapped, physically handicapped, convicted of a felony, or against it by religion/beliefs) to own and maintain a firearm. Their crime rates are less than HALF the US average crime rate, and are still falling...

  • @bettrnotbetaken Im not anti gun. people owning guns is fine, but i feel that if citizens are going to be able to own something as dangerous as a firearm, they should have a few rules they have to follow. In my state of arizona, anyone can walk in, and walk out with a gun. No permit, waiting list, nothing. Anyone on college campus, or any drunk in a bar can have a gun. You dont even need a permit to carry concealed. Some things need regulation. Like Extend magazines, or fully automatic guns?

  • @LacosTacosPacos I see no problem with not needing a permit to carry. Again, a waiting period only applies to those buying through a legitimate business anyways. Regulating extended magazines? Complete bullshit, when someone goes on a killing spree, a shortened magazine isn't going to stop anything, they're just going to reload. And it only takes a grand total of a few seconds to reload (look up Suzanna Gratia Hupp and listen to her story...)... Full auto is regulated already by your BATFE...

  • @bettrnotbetaken You dont think that having a glock with 22 rounds of .40 instead of 12 is a little bit ridiculous? or maybe a drum magazine for certain assault rifles? The shooter that shot the arizona congresswoman killed more people because he had more ammunition. They have NO PURPOSE in society. Reloading to somebody who is untrained could take like 5 to 10 seconds, which is enough time for my ass to get away.

  • @LacosTacosPacos No, I don't think its ridiculous to have that many rounds (I think range trips would be a hell of a lot funner), what I think is ridiculous is you trying to punish the law abiding citizens for the behavior of the criminal MINORITY.

As for full auto, I care very little about it, but after researching the American restrictions on it, it would be fucking stupid to use a legal full auto for crime, they cost a ton, and you have to pass a crapload of checks.

  • @bettrnotbetaken really? how about the north hollywood shootout? they had extended mags, and full auto. They shot 19 cops, with about 1100 rounds of ammo used. So your justification to having full auto is that its okay because its more fun….great. Having more ammo without having to reload means you can cause more havoc without stopping.

  • @LacosTacosPacos That was my justification for hi-cap mags, and it wasn't so much a justification as it was a joke (you don't know how shitty it is to have to reload 50 times when breaking in a new rifle when you should only have to reload 5 or so times...). Hi cap magazines will be used by criminals regardless of legality, they can even be made if you have the right materials and equipment. Laws are only obeyed by the law abiding, criminals find ways around them or just outright ignore them.

  • @LacosTacosPacos 5 to 10 seconds? Son, I can reload my old hunting rifle in 3, and I only pull that thing out a few times a year. Also, please, tell me how you'll be able to tell if he's ran out of rounds or is just waiting for you to stick your head up to get a clean shot, in a high stress scenario, you won't. In the few seconds it takes your brain to click that he's not shooting and may be out of ammo, and the time it takes for you to start running, he could be reloaded and aiming right at you

  • @bettrnotbetaken Well your probably well trained with your firearms, criminals are not(for the most part). The criminal that shot the congresswoman had an extended magazine, and was taken down IMMEDIATLY after he ran out of ammo, which means if he had less ammo in his magazine, he would have gotten less shots off. Extended magazines HAVE NO PURPOSE in society.

  • @LacosTacosPacos Name one crime that was stopped or lessened because of a 10 round mag limit....

Criminals don't follow laws, so they won't bother following a 10 round limit, the plug is easily removed from the mags anyways.

And ask yourself this....does it make sense to punish the masses for the crimes of the few???

If you say yes to that, you need serious mental help.

  • @NinjaRider777R crimes of the few? your saying i need mental help? Over 10,000 people are killed every year by firearms in the united states. I think japan has like 70? I dont think thats crimes of the few. Learn to fucking argue and have some respect, the point i was trying to make of the extended mags, is that a pistol with a 30 round magazine, can cause alot more damage than a pistol with 15 rounds, its just a suggestion. Everything cant be legal regarding guns, we need regs.

  • @LacosTacosPacos ""Over 10,000 people are killed every year by firearms in the united states""

    Wrong.

In 2010 there were only 8,775 firearm homicides, and that is down from the previous year, which is down from the year before that. The number has been dropping for the last 5+ years straight despite gun purchases rising over 500%

States with the most legally owned and carried guns have the least amount of firearm homicides, Vermont has the lowest number of all with the most guns

  • @LacosTacosPacos ""Everything cant be legal regarding guns, we need regs""

Cities and States with the strictest gun laws have the highest firearm homicide rates, while those with the loosest gun laws have the lowest firearm homicide rates.

Vermont allows concealed carry without needing any permit at all, and they've maintained single-digit firearm homicide numbers for the last 40+ years.

California regulates the shit out of guns and has the HIGHEST firearm homicide numbers

  • @LacosTacosPacos """crimes of the few?"""

    Yes, the few.

There's 350 Million people in the USA, so why should the entire country be punished for the actions of a relatively small amount of criminal scumbags???

Punish the criminals, not the innocent people protecting themselves from criminals because the cops can't or won't do the job.

In New York, their cops are no longer legally required to protect anyone according to a Supreme Court decision.

  • @NinjaRider777R or maybe the states with the highest regulation, are regulating because there is so much crime? State statistics dont matter, since getting a gun across ANY border is cake. Look at other civilized modern first world countries, the numbers dont lie, pull your head out of your ass. 10,000. i guess to you its just a number.

  • @LacosTacosPacos Take the "first world countries" comment and stuff it up your ass, compare ALL countries equally or be labeled a coward.

The USA is 8th down the list of highest firearm homicides, and all the countries higher than the USA have made civilian ownership of guns illegal or so strictly regulated that it's not worth pursuing.

The civilians can't protect themselves so the criminals run wild.

    Laws don't effect criminals, PERIOD.

  • @NinjaRider777R Okay then, how about somalia? you said all countries equal right? everyone there has a gun...fully automatic ak-47s...just the way you like them.

  • @LacosTacosPacos Once again, illegal for civilians to purchase weapons legally, which means every gun in Somalia is ILLEGAL.

You bitching about full auto weapons is useless because the vast majority of gun crimes is NOT committed with FA weapons unels you're watching an action movie.

FA weapons are legally purchasable in many states with a shitload of ATFE paperwork, 4 months of background checks, and $250 in permit fees. The legal buyers are CLEAN.

  • @NinjaRider777R "Once again, illegal for civilians to purchase weapons legally, which means every gun in Somalia is ILLEGAL."

Don't waste time arguing with ignorant foreign trash like Lacos. Just slap them up side the head and move on.

  • @NinjaRider777R "In New York, their cops are no longer legally required to protect anyone according to a Supreme Court decision."

They never have been. In a free country, police here can only react. This isn't Canada or England.

  • @XNMR53 They're not required to protect us in Canada either... Learn what your talking about before you bitch about other countries.

  • @XNMR53 Before that Supreme Court decision, the words on the side of the squad cars meant something, To Protect And Serve.

Now, even with a legal order of protection issued by a judge, the cops aren't required to follow that order. That's BULLSHIT.

  • @bettrnotbetaken btw full auto shouldnt be regulated, it should be ILLEGAL. Just ask the north hollywood police officers about '97

  • @LacosTacosPacos "btw full auto shouldnt be regulated, it should be ILLEGAL. Just ask the north hollywood police officers about '97"

What is it that compels dumbassed cannuck trash like you to mix into our internal affairs?

    Butt out, maggot!.

  • @XNMR53 Who the fuck are you calling Canuck trash? I'm a god damn Canuck defending your second Ammendment, he's from ARIZONA...

  • @XNMR53 Worthless Canuck Trash? I don't know about you, but our economy is in a fuck of a lot better state than yours. No wonder half the fucking world hates you Americans, you even attack those who try to support you... You ignorant dumbass...

  • @LacosTacosPacos As a Canadian citizen, I urge you to take your head out of your ass. Our crime has always been low, even before gun control, and when it was introduced, violent crime by those who were supposed to be prevented from using firearms(minors, convicted felons, etc) increased. Criminals are criminals for a reason, they don't obey the law. And they target those whom they see as weak, as it provides the most gain for the least risk. If all the honest folk were armed, would you risk it

  • @bettrnotbetaken This fantasy that everyone being armed will prevent crime is bullshit. Look at every other civilized country in the world. Criminals DO NOT CARE.

  • @LacosTacosPacos btw they care they dont want to die

  • @kenshrah You must have grown up in a different town then where im from.

  • @LacosTacosPacos My father is a police officer so I was around guns from the time I was born. I live in Ohio, no waiting period and it is legal to open carry with no permit. Also if you knew anything about the law, if you are caught carrying while under the influance you lose all rights to own a gun. It is the same in Arizona, so while you can carry into a bar in Ohio now if you drink you ass is done. One last point full auto is regulated by the BATF, look it up on their site

  • @kenshrah You have to pass a backround check and register the firearm. and when you sell it it must go to a class 3 dealer or some one who has the same licence. It also has to be reported to the BATF. Your lucky i would love to have highcap mags all i can have in my AR15 is 30 round.

  • The last line sums it all up "Fear a goverment that fears its own people"

  • @JonoUNC89 "of the time police don't prevent the crime, they just show up to clean up."

In a free society, police CAN'T prevent most crime. Doing so would require a level of intrusion into our individual privacy that would be completely unacceptable.

  • So if guns kill people, do pencils make spelling mistakes?

  • disastercenter[dot]com/crime/uscrime[dot]htm

    Murders in the US

    2007 16,929

    2008 16,442

    2009 15,399

    2010 14,748

US has a population 4 times higher than Germany but the number of murders is 20 times higher. Guns are strictly regulated in Germany.

Switzerland is a country with high rates of gun ownership and has also low murder rates.

Conclusion: Murder rates have nothing to do with guns being strictly regulated or not. Europeans are not bloodthirsty cowboys like Americans. That's the reason.

  • @SuperThe86 The U.S.A. is just a violent country. It's our nature.

BTW...more than half of the people killed by guns are criminals.

  • @SuperThe86 Not one of your murder numbers matches the FBI's yearly published crime numbers, so take that "source" of yours and trash it....

  • When some one advocates banning of fire arms I instantly translate that to wanting to take away my 130 lb wife's ability to defend her self against a 200+ lb male that decided she looked like easy prey.

  • Al sharpton cracks me up! "can you imagine walking down the street with 90% of the people carying a deadly weapon? Not knowing if you'll be their next target?" lol why the fuck would ANYONE try and pull out a pistol to shoot another person at random? Better yet who the fuck in their right mind would DARE do that when (as you've said yourself) 90% of the population is able to shoot back? The only people who would be worried about others carrying would be the criminals looking to victimize them.

  • now in a few states you can purchase any weapon you want including an RPG just get a class 5 license!

  • @MrAustin205 There's no such thing as a "class 5 license" for weapons, that's just a Canadian driver's license.....

  • @NinjaRider777R British Columbia to be precise. Some provinces use a different system.

  • I think we can look back on the last 20 years and say slowly but surely restrictive legislation has expired or even repealed. It should though have never required the blood of this woman's family or other innocent victims. I've recently armed myself, fearing that the tide could turn again.

  • Why is the "Center for Disease Control" involved in gun control??? Oh I understand... it's because people who get shot died of "lead poisoning"!! an instant lead OD... Al Sharpton... wake up fool... the citizens walking by you that are armed... very well might wish you dead... but they are not the ones that are going to shoot you... they are the ones that may be able to stop an assault on you with the gun they carry!! The 2nd Amendment is about the people being able to defend themselves.. I can!

  • @tfs531 "Why is the "Center for Disease Control" involved in gun control???"

Again? IIRC, the last time that the CDC got involved in gun control, they got caught doctoring their figures in favor of the gun control freaks, and got their funding cut as a result. You'd think that they'd learn.

  • @XNMR53 I have no knowledge of that... but it would not surprise me!... If figures are to be used in consideration for gun control... they should use the numbers of people killed reflecting robberies and people murdered (not accidentals and friendly fire) with LEGALLY REGISTERED FIREARMS... not stolen firearms... not illegally possessed weapons... the numbers would be staggeringly in favor of the right to bear arms!!

  • @tfs531 That's exactly why nobody uses that figure, or uses the true Firearm Homicide figures, they always use the largest most bloated figure they can and they try to sensationalize it as much as they can to scare the shit out of gullible moronic voters who can't think for themselves.

    Small numbers aren't "news-worthy" enough.

  • @NinjaRider777R You are right.. when I turned 16, I ran to motor vehicle to get my driving permit... when I turned 21, I went to police headquarters and filed for my pistol permit... I took a handgun safety course and paid for shooting instruction from a certified instructor.. I did this because at 20, I knew to be an educated gun owner... for safety and to able to use my gun if necessary... and I can use my gun properly if necessary.. I don't want to shoot anyone but will if I have to.....Tom

  • Al Sharpton is a racist and a retard.

  • I can go in to any class 3 gun dealer and buy a FULLY AUTOMATIC gun!! You forgot to say that all you need is a class 3 permit ($200) to buy a FULLY AUTOMATIC gun!

  • @MOE4777 if it was manufatured before 1986 i think. they cost a shit ton too

  • its HUMAN VIOLENCE!!! *****NOT GUN VIOLENCE*****!!!!!

when is the last time a gun loaded itself, and went on a killing spree? humans have been killing for thousands of years.. guns dont fucking kill people... PEOPLE KILL PEOPLE!

  • *sigh* So ultimoron is back to his old tricks? Bet the fool has claimed that he's posted links again...

Has he tried to claim Switzerland will be the next Somalia again? Guys, the fool is a troll. He's here to incite hatred. He won't listen to common sense, and he's so self obsessed that he doesn't give a crap about your life experiences. If you want evidence of that, there is a few videos on my channel showing his lies. He denies them all, but the truth can't be held back by him.

  • Seriously, pro-gunners, is this the best you can do? Spewing nonsense you got from Fox News or another propaganda source, calling me a kid or a nazi or other names in the absence of true facts? I guess I should have known better than to expect anything better from greedy scumsuckers who place the value of a gun over a human life. You barbaric beasts have my pity. I can only imagine the looks on your faces when America has gun control made into a national law. Oh a sweet sight indeed!

  • @Ultimaton100 how about seeing your face when burglars come in your house and start raping you and killing your loved ones right front of you and you cant do shit because you are big PUSSY and hate guns because guns kill people and fork makes you fat! in fact friend of mine was anti-gun like you 2 days ago and shes pro-gun like me today because someone broke in to her house, now im going with her to get a nice gun for her :D. when seconds count police is only minutes away! remember that!

  • @lexousa People have tried to break into my house. The police stopped them before they could even break down the door. I have nothing to fear with dedicated law enforcement hard at work. So it seems that excuse of owning a gun for self-defense has run dry, hasn't it? You and your friend keep your guns while you can. Once the laws are updated, your going to have to give them all up. I'll call it Liberation Day, a nation liberated from pro-gun freaks.

  • @Ultimaton100

Fuck head! Hope the criminals get in you house and you will see how much you will be shiting yourself. Piece of shit!

  • @Ultimaton100 """The police stopped them before they could even break down the door"""

So you live in an area populated by toothpick skinny crack-heads with no muscle at all???

Because the average door to a house can be kicked in fairly easily.

    """Once the laws are updated"""

You should check out what just happened to SOPA and PIPA, if you think the same can happen with guns without a fight, you're out of your mind.

PIPA is scrapped, and SOPA is half dead losing supporters daily.

  • @Ultimaton100 "People have tried to break into my house. The police stopped them before they could even break down the door."

A rare case. I'm glad nothing happened to you and your okay. I do need to point out the differences between law abiding citizens and criminals. Criminals don't have any regard for the law. Therefore, making laws against something, won't stop them from doing it anyway however the laws you are promoting will put you at their mercy when they break them.

  • @Ultimaton100 im sure you've had your fill of names and hate..which you should expect having such a horrible and ignorant stance...but i would like to just ask you, how do laws banning firearms from people effect people that do not abide by the law? if a law only is effective on law abiding people then it only effects those people..not the people that want to kill, steal, and rape.. its amazing that this is even being debated.

  • @humblehim """how do laws banning firearms from people effect people that do not abide by the law?"""

He'll never answer that question, it's been posed to him a hundred times in the past and he refuses to answer.

He's so ignorant that he actually thinks that alcohol Prohibition and drug bans actually worked and that his local police are somehow miracle workers who can stop all crimes no matter how far away they are from the criminal at the time.

    He's a troll who deserves a beatdown...

  • @NinjaRider777R yeah i figured

  • @Ultimaton100 Mao Tse Tung, Iddi Amin, Hitler, Kim Jung Ill, Stalin, Lennin....they too believed in strict gun control. If America ever makes gun control into a national law then you can rest assured some other things along with it are going to be made into a national laws that I don't think you would like.

The tragic thing about this, is often that once forms of governments like this are established, it's far too late to realize that your personal freedoms are doomed!!!

  • I save three innocent live's while taking a criminal's life. My life, my wife's life and my child's life is more preciouse then some scum bag criminal. So here's your theory put to practice. A gun taken away is 3 or more lives taken by a criminal! How's your theory looking now? I have a Glock 23 for self defense. You take away my gun now there's 3 life's at risk from a criminal because of your stupid ideology

  • @Ultimaton100 I own 6 guns myself and not one has ever killed a person, my dad owns 4 and my brother owns 2! My brother inlaw owns 12 guns and not one of those 24 guns have ever killed a person. So how can you say a gun taken away is another life saved? What would happen if a person broke into my house and was going to kill me, my wife and my child. But I shoot him!

  • From his description in the beginning it proves that people fear what they do not know. The idiots who are pro gun bans are most likely the people who don't know shit about firearms at all.. If you're going to push your agenda at least know what the fuck you're talking about..

  • @mixwell1983 Anti-gunners don't rely on logic, they want to keep the average idiot's irrational fears going 24/7/365 because it's easier to control a gullible fearful person than it is to control someone who thinks for themselves.

  • Gun control saves lives, always has and always will. No amount of right-wing propaganda can ever change that. Human life is no laughing matter. The freedom to live in safety is far greater than the freedom to own a gun. A gun taken away means another life saved.

  • @Ultimaton100 No amount of hiding away then coming back with your usual bullshit will ever change how much of a Nazi douchebag you really are.

Gun control COSTS people their lives because criminals don't follow laws in the first place.

  • @Ultimaton100 - Your comment is about the stupidest thing I've read today. "A gun taken away is another life saved." LOL, are you joking? Instead of repeating the same stuff everyone else is telling you gun control idiots, why don't you just go look at the statistics. Crime in gun control states is HIGHER than in gun friendly states. Take the guns out of the hands of law abiding citizens and you just make it easier for the criminals to kill. Wake up! Read the statistics and LEARN SOMETHING!

  • @Ultimaton100 your the reason good countries do evil things just lake nazi germany where the disarmed the public was taken control of them leading to the mass executions and such you wish to disarm us so we can head in the same path controlled by our greedy politicians stripped of our rights you probably haven't handled a gun in your entire life

  • @Ultimaton100 Give your computer back to your dad before he spanks you.

  • With people like me there is no such thing as 'not a weapon'

Even if they magically took away all the guns and knives, we get creative.

  • I don't care if he knows about class 3/ Title 2 firearms or not. He has very good points about semi automatic clones. He is protecting these guns from the liberals calling them, "evil weapons"

  • Look at Schumers stupid look- I'd like to knock it off his face.

  • Since when are fully automatic firearms 'illegal' and prohibited to law enforcement and military? Has he never heard of a class III tax stamp? ROFL!!

  • @XHustonProductionsX thats not realistic and he said basically no one who byes a full auto weapon is ever going to have criminal intent being that they cost a small fortune and if you can afford one you don't need to participated in crime

  • @deej1478 How is anything that I said not realistic? You have another good point... people that legally own 'machine guns' aren't gonna job a bank or shoot someone with them, I was just saying that this guy acts like they are illegal and they are NOT! Same with suppressors and SBRs... our communistic OOPS I mean democratic ;) government restricts them but they are not illegal!

  • really only honest gun cariers are police officers you ask all of your teacher if they cary a weapon you would be suprised people underestimate the gun count in the U.S.A "it would be impossible to invade the united states there would be a armed patriot behind every blade of grass" chineese emporer in WW1

  • @SteezyTweek Teachers are the wrong ones to ask anyways, in the USA they're generally pacifist Socialists who want civilians disarmed.

  • no gunn control leav it as it is who are you to oferule my 2nd amendment

  • answer to last question: Genocide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and though I love the U.S., peopleare people and are messed up.

  • Sharpton,you are a fucking idiot.

  • Everyone without a criminal record should be openly armed. The Cold War never went hot for a reason. It is the same concept on an individual scale.

  • Comment removed

  • @fallout2029 He didn't miss the point at all, entire criminal gangs have been busted for targeting foreign tourists they KNEW wouldn't be armed.

Peace Through Superior Firepower actually does work.

  • @NinjaRider777R

    I know I suck.

I read his comment to fast, i thought he said With a criminal record and was being sarcastic.

  • hey al sharpton you liberal wiseass...how many guys in your entourage/bodyguards are carrying guns for YOUR protection. just like tokyo rosie odonnel. hypocrites.

  • NEITHER DOES PROHIBITION OF DRUGS. Good fucking gosh people have common sense.

  • Hey Al not so Sharpton, if 90% of the population had guns, society would be politer and there would be less crime you fuckhead. I HATE YOU extreme liberal fuck. You see, if more people carried, there would be less people being douchebags on the street because no one wants to get caught. But Since I know you don't like guns, I'm gonna treat you like the SHIT that you are FUCKHEAD

  • al sharpton is an idiot, i'm sure all the goons in his camp all carry illegally

  • @jmoney31705 I can't help but remember how Al Sharpton villified Condoleeza Rice a few years back and called her a ''shill''... I would LOVE to find out where Sharpton picked up his ''earned'' PhD and also would like to know at WHAT Pac-10 college did Al Sharpton serve as a Regent ?..He is an arrogant, uneducated gas-bag who doesn't know baby shit from applesauce about what he's talking about..Jesse Jackson is cut from the same bolt of cloth..both are ignorant assholes.....

  • Who is the girl? I want to see the full testimony.

  • 22 people were attacked by a pillow and didn't have a gun to defend themselves

  • gun control was put in place for the legal gun owner.Criminals continue to do as they please.

  • My hat's off to you my friend who made this video, keep spreading the logic. Keep spreading the common sense.

I GUARANTEE 90% of the people promoting gun bans and regulations have never even fired one. I'm going on a limb here, but my guess is that they get all their "education" from Hollywood.

If all guns were illegal, only criminals would own one...I need to get into politics.

  • If it's made prior to May 19, 1986, it can be had by citizens with a special permission from the government, but as all government dalliances into the private sector, they drove the price up very high.

  • Fully automatic assault rifles ARE NOT banned from civilian use, you just require a class-3 permit, and must pay a $200 tax stamp, and the weapon has to be dated before May 19, 1986, and must be transferrable, and can only be transferred to a Class-3 dealer, from that point you can visit the dealer do your background check have your permit ready, and you can leave with the rifle. these are reffered to as Pre-Ban Transferrables, Post-bans are legal only as dealer samples, can be sold to police.

  • @hoplophobiadoctor Please say this is sarcasm. If not, you're an idiot

  • @308Sharpie : It's true! Lawmakers make gun laws aimed on preventing crimes. So "Resrictive/Strict Gun laws" are designed for the criminals. These criminals doing the crime now just need to catch up on their reading. I believe thay can read, that's why I have a "Gun-Free Zone" sign in my crapper. My late (bless his soul) father always told me, "Never let them "Mother F****rs catch you with your pants down".

  • @hoplophobiadoctor Ahh, I see, you're making a mockery of gun control.

  • Please get your facts straight. Any law abiding citizen can purchase a fully automatic weapon. It just takes a bit more paperwork, finger printing and a Tax. Please look up the NFA or National Firearms Act before blathering.

  • @TheCaneArtist

The tax is high on these items...but you left out the part where every automatic weapon you can buy these days was made prior to 1986 and becomes exponentially more expensive as the years go by, making it cost prohibitive to use one for an illegal activity.

  • @TheCaneArtist I assume you are responding to Ultimoron?

He says their sites are fake and gun control works in places like Britain, and that Switzerland has the highest gun crimes on earth and is going to be the next Somalia.........

  • There is no more basic a human right, than the right to defend one's gift of life from violent attack. Suzanna Hupp is exactly right!

  • Rosie O'Donnell is a stupid cunt.

  • I see you fools are still making fake links and resorting to calling me out on innocent typos. I also noticed you are still denying your own words. Pitiful.

  • @Ultimaton100 There are no fake links from us, from you, there are none at all, fake or real.

Not denying our own words, I have never said criminals were better than police, you said I did without any proof

  • @308Sharpie The only links from you are fake, whether you admit it or not. All my links are real from actual sources. You are denying your own words because I proved you said those things and you deny them.

  • @Ultimaton100 His links work fine, as do mine, and you've never posted a single link because you're a coward and you don't even know HOW to post a single link.

Anyone that's ACTUALLY posted links would never have a single problem reposting them.

  • @Ultimaton100 None of mine are fake. You have no links so therefore, no actual links. For the last fucking time, saying "I did" or " you said it" isn't proving I did anything. For once actually link your claims

  • @Ultimaton100 I see you have taken the cowards way out and decided to NOT link your claims

  • @308Sharpie I'm back fool. Bet you thought I quit? Nope, just a break for Christmas. Tis the season where peace and joy takes place. Given your barbaric, crude nature, you'll understand if I refused to include you and those other ibeciles.

  • @Ultimaton100 Yes I did think you quit. What, do you start your Xmas season a week before everyone else? I am not barbaric for wanting people to protect themselves. You, however, are for wanting that right taken away.

Oh, I was talking to a Brit guy on another video and apparently their government is looking at relaxing their gun laws, I bet you're gonna be pissed about that...Although nothing is set in stone yet.

  • @Ultimaton100 Oh and an update on Canada's laws, by no later than Feb us Canucks will no longer have to register our long guns, and any current records will be destroyed. Handguns and certain rifles and shotguns still will need to be however, so that means all but 2 of my guns won't be registered

  • You tell'em Dr. Hupp.

  • Well a cop was killed today at Virginia Tech. RIP man, hope your family will be okay.

Maybe the holster campaign will get some validity, but I will be the first one to say an armed citizen would not have prevented this.

  • If guns are outlawed only outlaws will have guns... when guns are outlawed I will become an outlaw!!

  • @bjovi12 My argument is hardly lost. I'cve proven to these idiots gun control works, saves many, many lives multiple times now, no matter how much they lie and eny the facts. Don't bother sticking up for this fool. He genuinely believes it is okay to give convicted felons guns. He thinks to deny them a gun is unconstitutional. He is morally and legally incorrect on so many levels.

  • Title 18 US Code Section 926

Look it up, that law makes it a Federal FELONY for the US Government to require any kind of mandated Firearms Registration, or to keep track of any gun purchase records under the rules of the Firearms Owners Protection Act.

The ATFE are the ONLY ones allowed to do that, and the ATFE cannot pass laws on their own, they must go through Congress and the Senate first.

The Firearms Owners Protection Act regulates the ATFE so they don't go wild.

  • @NinjaRider777R Again you resort to that petty threat about gun owners killing me for trying to take their guns. In the future I won't be the one taking your guns, it will be a federal agent. When the good and righteous come to disarm the greedy and black-hearted like yourself, they will kill you in a firefight if you resist the law. Hear my words you lowlife, anti-American filth, gun control is the future. It is growing every day. Evil does not triumph over good.

  • @Ultimaton100 You claim gun control is "growing every day" yet more and more states are getting rid of their excessive gun control laws and their crime rates are going DOWN, not up.

And just like Waco and Ruby Ridge, armed assaults only get people killed.

Remember something jackass, it takes a legal warrant to raid someone's house, without it they can LEGALLY resist anyone breaking into their home.

  • @Ultimaton100 So then gun control will never be total? Good we agree

  • @bjovi12 You have not been here long have you? This whole damn flame war started because they refused to be civil and right off from the start started calling me vulgar names because I refused to believe what they believe. You say you don't see me as a lowlife because I disagree with you. If so then you are the first one here. It was only after months of this nonsense that I chose to come down to their level and fight fire with fire.

  • @bjovi12 So you are coming back now? Good. I'll add your sorry self to the pile with these idiots. Not even all of you combined can do anything to me. I have the facts and the truth on my side, with sources and links, the whole damn thing. These fools have nothing to show for their lies. Will you really throw your lot in with them? They've already lost.

  • @bjovi12 What kind of 7.62 was it? x 51 NATO? If yes it pretty much is .308. What kind of problems was he having?

  • @bjovi12 There are a lot of "7.62" bullets, but they can range from .308 up to .312 (Maybe even a greater range), if you reload you need to swag the bore with buckshot, then measure the lands and grooves. For example Soviet 7.62 x 39 rifles (SKS, AK and its variants) have a bore diameter of .311, where as a US brand 7.62 x 39 rifle (Mini-30 etc) typically have a bore of .308, just because they don't want to spend the extra money on tooling for .311 bores.

  • @bjovi12 Haha glad we agree, but I usually amalgamate to two words to "Ultimoron"

  • Tell me do you pigs feel the need to rant about how evil everything that you don't support is or are you just that paranoid?

  • @Ultimaton100 We enjoy our freedom and our right to live, we want to protect that.

  • @308Sharpie You enjoy your freedom and the right to live, so much you think your freedom and your life is more important than everyone else. That is just one of the many reasons you are lowlife scum. The list is rather long.

  • @Ultimaton100 Yes because wanting freedom and right to live makes me a lowlife.....

I would request you to search lowlife by Theory of a Deadman, then search "Bitch came back" < Bitch=you Ultimoron

  • @308Sharpie No, but for believing your so-called "right" to the "freedom" of guns is more important than the lives of everyone around you, you are a lowlife. I don't need to search the definition of a lowlife. I'm talking to a definition right now.

  • @Ultimaton100 The right to live and being free to own guns coincide retard. If someone tries to hurt me they will die, or I will do my best to make it so, one of the hazards of being an outlaw. And that was a song fucktard

  • @Ultimaton100 Give us a break from your stupidity already, the so-called "good of the few" does NOT override the rights of the many.

It never has, it never will.

Time for you to wake up little boy, your lies were recognized MONTHS ago and they've just gotten worse.

  • @NinjaRider777R You don't care about the rights of the many, you only care about your rights. You believe your so-called "right to bear arms" overrides the safety of others. News flash you worm, your entertainment is not more important than someone's life. It never was and never will. I don't lie, I don't need to. The same can't be said for you. Time for you to wake up little boy, your lies were recognized MONTHS ago and they've just gotten worse.

  • @Ultimaton100 """you only care about your rights"""

They're EVERYBODY'S RIGHTS you dipshit moron....

The right of the PEOPLE to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.

If you don't like it, MOVE THE FUCK OUT OF THE COUNTRY.

You do NOT get to trample on the rights of others no matter what the situation.

Your irrational fear of guns does NOT equate to a "right" to deprive others of guns.

If you EVER tried to take someone's gun, they would KILL YOU and not even blink.

  • @NinjaRider777R Thanks for proving my point. Clap, clap, clap, you did exactly as I wanted you to. You believe it is your right to be able to kill someone. You believe by wanting to keep people safe I am trampling over your rights. Sorry, but being able to kill someone is not a right. The right to bear arms was never about owning guns for mere entertainment at the expense of others. You are abusing what it was truly meant for. I will never leave my country, the nation I love.

  • @Ultimaton100 """You believe it is your right to be able to kill someone"""

I never said that, but it IS my right to be able to defend myself and my family from people who would kill us just for the things we own.

Castle Doctrine Laws, look them up, more and more states are adopting them, and some of them even include a clause that PREVENTS the criminal from suing their victim if the criminal gets hurt.

  • @NinjaRider777R Surprisingly we have that in Canada too, it is one of our "Absolute rights" (Kinda like our amendments). The right to self defense, up to and including killing your attacker (MUST be justified, reasonable force) But the government (At least past governments) are trying to demonize those who protect themselves, like Ian Thomson and David Chen....Ian Thomson shot at 3 men who where fire bombing his house, he was charged with a few things that were total bullshit charges
