I hate it when Joe Bonamassa will be compared with Justin Bieber! Justin Bieber is a teeny teen star! Joe Bonamassa is a guitar god! Joe has now over 20 years stage experience, Justin will make it maybe 3 or fewer years! So compares him with Slash or Eric Clapton. Joe has a divine voice, at BLUES DELUXE I got goose bumps. Eric Szar a brilliant bassist, his bass sounds like a keyboard. And Joe should more often play again a Strat! No guitar sounds better!! She has several of tones.

I love this man, the whole band are awesome actually. If you like music especially blues rock you'll love this concert. Why people listen to the dross thrown out now i'll never know, what is wrong with us, when the planets about to explode you'll get idiots screaming for their justin beiber tape before they go, well forget it, Joe will do for me. Wish he'd get this band back together.

Okay. I found the secret to enjoying this concert to the utmost. I bought the dvd. You need a dvd player that upconverts to blueray, and the results are spectacular on the big screen. Youtube versions are like watching the concert through a smeared muddy window in comparrison.

Awesome,, is all I can say. I've seen him 2 times and the first time Jason Bonham was his drummer. And you guys who just found out about him, don't feel bad because I turn a lot of ppl on to him and most aren't impressed. Mostly the younger crowd. I feel sorry for the younger generation because they don't know what it's like to go to a dance concert and pass around a joint without gettin' in thrown in jail.We didn't have fights and all that stuff. It was about peace andenjoyin' the sounds!

@JBJHJM Thanks for the heads up. Joe's too young to see this, because things are just unfolding for him. But to those who discovered this line-up at its peak (here) it was like discovering Cream. Sure, Clapton had other bands like Blind Faith, or Derrick and the Dominoes- But this was like JB's Cream Era. He may not see it, but from a fan's perspective, Rockpalast was a magic moment that few bands achieve. It's one of the best live albums ever.
