@9danielos5 I just used the overdrive of a cheap Samick guitar amp. My guitar have a circuit mod similar to the Red Special. For that sound I just used the middle and neck pickups out of phase. :D

A Samick LS-41 modified by me. I rewired pickups like Brian's Red Special: The 3 pickups in series plus on-off and phase reversal switches for each pickup.
