Threat or no Threat, You Sen. Paul, R yet have failed to mention when will Congress bring up the Wars Power Act for modification & Enforce your duties on Checks & Balances?

Yes! Well! I would like to see all the warriors of the World disarmed but given only wooden clubs. That would level the playing field. They are only the greatest because they are living inside a safe cocoon of massive technological advantages.Take it away and we in the west would lose wars.
