  • Cool

  • That's the kind of thing they need at the northern tip of Lake Manitoba to help ease the flooding problems.

  • @bert26a tell your boss!

  • I swear running an amphibious excavator has to be one of the hardest jobs to get I have been trying for over a year

  • @txpipeliner07 there's not that many in canada, where have you been trying?

  • Damn they need those in seismic!

  • @crazymedic7 , thanks. They do get some use for siesmic, lots of geotech work as well. Tell your friends!

  • sorry for my lack of knoledge but do the excavators float?

  • hey can a person sink in a muskeg?

  • @marsbarz If the surface isnt chewed up too bad , you can walk through it not too bad, gonna get a bit wet tho. When its been chewed up.... very nasty. I know of a company that had a excavator break down on muskeg, came back in next day with a d6 to pull it out, could only see the boom sticking out of the mud

  • My Uncle owns the company that makes these

  • a rich fools toy ,ever here of a bore.

  • i work in lots of wet shit and that is the ticket.

  • 100% amphibous and EXTREME low ground pressure makes these machines exceed your expectations for minimal ground disturbance. No ripping and tearing needed because it really can walk on water. Compare to other remote access / so called amphibious machines carefully. When the job matters get it done right!
