As for a punishment? If he's insane, put him under psychological evaluation, medication, and/or behavioral therapy. If he's not crazy and there are just kids(and he IS pretty much a kid, noone can deny this)out there who are just evil and depraved enough to rape the baby they had with their fifteen year old girlfriend, then I suppose he should be chemically castrated, locked up for about thirty years, then forced to work and give back to society, just not at a nursery school. Personally, considering the age of the suspect(eighteen) and the fact that he has never had any crimminal record since turning eighteen, this could be a false accusation or a misunderstanding. It's likely that the story is fake. If it were true, however, I'd say that his reason for doing this was some severe mental disorder.

Thanks. I think I get my way of thinking from my father. He's alwys talking about seeing things from different points of view. I also live with alot of crimminals and potentially violent people, so I know how many of them think. Still, it's not really a big deal. I just think people should have all of the facts before they start crying for blood, which sadly is something rarely done. =(
