Carbon Fiber drive shaft. Upgraded rear but stock housing. Then the brakes were upgraded accordingly with all the expected fuel, electric, etc to support such a build. Centri super charged, with Water to air cooler, huge injectors, a monstrous tune, custom tranny/torque convertor, beefed rear, Bear brakes, loads of trick suspension etc. It goes and turns, AND stops VERY well. Good luck on your Marquis. Keep in mind that all the normal tricks apply, regardless of the type of car. Bigger cubic inches = more potential. If you can't get more cubes go with power adders. Shouldn't take too much to get your P71 to be as fast. They based a lot of the Marauder on it, except for some changes in the engine. I know I want to get more power out of mine.

@Ghost87v Thanks Ghost. The list of modifications on that particular Marauder is vast. Mainly, it is super charged with an inter-cooler, custom torque converter, completely gone through tranny, upgraded rearend with tons of other "handling" modifications. Hell of a car! :-D

@BIGGMoneyBJ 90% of 96-04 Mustang parts will work they have the same motor if your Grand Marquis is 01 or older it has a 2V 4.6 NPI motor but if its 01 or newer its a PI engine if you dont have a PI motor swap to one then build off it you will enjoy it more

@Custom2kgt no problem,,,after i looked at it again it did look like i was talking shit but i wasnt ,,,,i have a 2000 grand marquis i am fixing to drop some stage 1 bullet cams in with a h-pipe and intake ,,waiting on my parts then im having her tuned on the dyno,,,,,at a later date im getting the adtr,net p&p plenum with the 75mm throttle body and after that i am saving up the money to get valve springd and stage 3 cams ,,,,maybe port & polish the npi heads,,im trying for 300rwhp and 350rwtrq

@Ghost87v Thanks Ghost. The list of modifications on that particular Marauder is vast. Mainly, it is super charged with an inter-cooler, custom torque converter, completely gone through tranny, upgraded rearend with tons of other "handling" modifications. Hell of a car! :-D

people stop acting like police interceptors are the badest ass thing on the planet .. an hpp grand marquis with a cop chip is essentially the same car with a different air box ... p71's arnt anything special and no stock p71 will touch a marauder. end of story, there sloppy seconds from the police department ..

@BIGGMoneyBJ 90% of 96-04 Mustang parts will work they have the same motor if your Grand Marquis is 01 or older it has a 2V 4.6 NPI motor but if its 01 or newer its a PI engine if you dont have a PI motor swap to one then build off it you will enjoy it more

Kenny used to take the vehicle and do what ever the customer wanted. In this case everything from super charger, custom tranny/torque convertor, to huge brakes.
