  • The guitar solo is amazing. Hell, it sounds like it would be out of a thrash metal song.

  • the guitar riff is from the song radiation ranch from setzers first solo-lp 1986! (check the knife feels like justice).

  • i love that rumbly, growly, guitar sound. it doesn't hurt that dude is still fine, after all of these years. cheers!

  • Grande Grande Grande!!!

  • Question me anyone who questions Brians talent

  • I named my cat setzer 10 years ago because she was a stray

  • the thumbs down is the boyfriend of the girl he laid after the show...

  • @synesthesia67

    Perfect.

  • thats the spirit!!

  • kept making me think of Dick Dale when I listened to this one

  • @avsolute I love dick dale

  • моя любимая песня,прекрасная смесь панка и джаза

  • If Brian doesn't end up in the R&R Hall of Fame there ain't no justice!!

  • Glad I found this, it's great !

  • amazing!!!!very, very god!!!

  • He should be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

  • Hey guys just wanted to say hi and i have a guitar that's Sea Foam Green with silver metallic hollow body that looks like this guitar i just bought for $100.00. It's a Gretsch 5126. Best 100 i ever spent!! I've been listening to Brian since i was in the 4th grade. I hope to meet him one day.

  • I was there!

(actually I wasn't but I sure do wish I was!)

  • This is a music gem and BSO have earned every damned piece of glory they´ve got!

First time I experienced it, I was just sittin with my mouth open for the whole concert!

"you know what time it is? IT´S TIME TO ROCK!!!"

  • Americano!!!!!!!!!!!! Baby!!!!!!!

  • One true & great rock'n'roller!

  • Absolutely love Brian Setzer. Hands down the most under-rated and best guitarist around. Easily top 5 of all time.

  • Its incredible isnt it.

I cannot stop listening to him! And I'm an 18 year old kid.

Music these days is awful, Why is the BSO not HUGE?!

  • Well I love him and his music. Maybe it's got something to do with "Hollywood Politics"... perhaps he won't give a lap dance to any S.O.B. who might give him a break.

he's still great and WE get to listen to him... so isn't that what counts?

  • hells ya!! cant wait to rock to setzer next weekend!!!

  • I saw the Stray Cats in september and he played a lovely leopard print gretsch.

It even made my brother shout and he really didn't want to be there!

  • I first got interested in Brian Setzer in HS when my music teacher treated us to the DVD concert, and everyone in the room hated it except me, I absolutely loved it, but you can't blame my classmates, they're all Minnesotan rednecks.

    Tim McGraw, yeeha.

  • jeannec1...they can't be the same Minnesotan 'reds' I met around Cambridge, Isanti or Mora. If they haven 't like it I would bang it into their heads....haha lol

  • If those amps are vintage they are 59' Fender Bassman tube tweed amps.......6L6GC power tubes pushing things out front.....they have point to point sodering of circuits, no printed ciruit boards in them.....that in part gives them a unique vintage sound that is near impossible to duplicate with today's tube amps unless you get a handmade one......which will cost you big time in cash.........

  • jaco..Mmmmmmmm....I just love the word "...unique vintage sound..." but this does not REALLY sound vintage.

  • Only Brian Setzer could take a song like this and put it in a big band context and make it fun. He just gets more creative.

  • Wasn't Brian Setzer part of the Stray Cats? This is a change of music if so.

  • Yes he was!

    It's not too different though!

  • Pedal's On The Right!

    Go Fast! Turn Left!

  • two words....... guitar god!

  • Does anyone know what amps Brian uses?

    I LOVE Setzer's tone!

  • You can see his amps in the background. They are Fender tube amps, I don't know the exact model, but he uses two tops and two separate cabinets. Any old Fender will do, the sound is mainly in his fingers and in his Gretsch-guitar. In this video he is using a sparkle Jet.

  • I think he uses Fender Bassmans ;-)

  • SHOULD BE THE THEME SONG FOR NASCA, or the DUKES of HAZZARD!

REMINDS ME OF MY DRIVING STYLE IN MY TEENS & 20'S.

IN MY 40'S, NOW IT'S, WHAT WAS I THINKING.

  • YEP (NASCAR)!

  • This fantastic performance is available on cd and dvd.

  • Great tune! Setzer rocks!

  • Hmm,ever wonder who was the talent behind the Stray Cats?

  • I have this album

  • Wow!
