  • such low quality shite should not be allowed on youtube.

  • Personally I would have arrested the cameraman under section: I can't hold a camera without shaking and should not be allowed near one

Secondly any person who posts this should be locked up

  • Keep moving rock, keep moving. lol Don't say that if your dog isn't near you ... otherwise they put you in the ambulance, straight to the funny farm ;-)

  • @the video - YAWN!

  • the police and fire rescue abuse thier lights and sirens because i once saw an ambulance with its lights and sirens going and it was doing the spped limit and same thing with the cops WHAT THE FUCK IS WITH MY CITY

  • @TOXICMatt65 The reason for this is because the crew had proberbly placed a ' blue call ' this is when you pre alert a hospital that you are bringing a patient with a life threatning condition in. You need a smooth ride using lights and noise to cut through traffic. Emergency vehicles are monitered when they bang on the blues and twos. So no service except for shit private companies who are not monitered abuse lights and sirens. End of story.

  • @wuvlanking but when i saw it i followed the ambulance and it stopped at mc.donalds -.-

  • @TOXICMatt65 You...........followed the ambulance...........WHY???????? , The only time you ping your lights off is if your job gets cancelled on route for a closer vehicle, if thats the case then you pull over or just carry on driving. To the untrained eye ( or ambulance spotter ) this looks like blue light abuse. Trust me everytime you drive on lights you put yourself and others at risk. That is why you are monitered as a statutory service. Its the drivers own licence at risk. stop following.

  • it sounds like you are dragging your dog to the scene so you can watch it JHL, a lot of suspicious panting and gasping in the video too, i do hope it was your lens you were polishing and not something else....

  • which pixel is the police?

  • put your dog on a lead

  • When cops die I smile! When pig lovers die I have gratuitous sex with their significant others..well, I already do that anyways but when they die I just like to ratchet it up a bit!

  • @NeVeRsCuRd whilst you type your comments on youtube I have gratuitous sex with your mum!! And when I give her 20p towards the cab fare home I smile!!!!! In fact I have sex with your mum all the time I just like to ratchet it up a bit!!!

  • Control your dog.

  • If you had someone filming you whilst you were either doing your job or lying in a car crying for help, I don't think you'd appreciate it.

When the female Officer approached you, she spoke in a calm, polite manner. If this 'gestapo-like thug' then came over, as you say he did, then I don't blame him for acting how he supposedly did.

I believe you brought the trouble you later encountered upon yourself.

  • RTC`s most of the time carry fatalities. some asking you respect that isnt nasi gestapoism. the simple fact that you cant contol your dog either is an interesting one to say the least.

and what you did is rubber knecking

  • Go and eat some steak with cheese on, you fat American turds... X

  • NO MATE YOUR JUST A NOSY CUNT.... theres people there being treated by medical staff and the last thing they want is the whole ordeal filmed and put on the internet you prick

think yourself in there shoes .... im just saying that police officer was just trying to protect the persons privacy

  • I take it you mean ARTICLE 6 not Section 6. Not that Sect6 really applies here - a right to a fair trial? Who's on trial or who's been charged? Whilst you've mention the ehra what about Article 8? Gloss over that did we?

  • @delcsp429 s.6(1) of the HRA 1998.

  • @jailhouselawyer s.6(1) of the HRA 1998 is:

"Section 6 - Human Rights Act

6.1 The Human Rights Act 1998 is an Act of the Westminster Parliament and

came into force on 2 October 2000. The Act has the effect of incorporating the

European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) into domestic law."

    From my reading of it.

  • @jailhouselawyer that copper should have nicked you, for theft of my time in putting this dumb ass video on and robbing me of minutes of my life that I will never get back!!!! Also from your comments you illustrate that you don't know the law as well as you think you do. PS if you or your family are ever in a car crash I will come with a camera and film it!!!!!

  • @delcsp429 the guy was a jerk what about the rights of a private family life of the people still trapped in the wreckage fucking journo scum

  • @jasonbiddulph What you on about? I don't support this video in any shape or form you fool. My comments to this video shows that the maker has no clue as to what he is on about. Read them properly and stop wasting my time. Thankyou.

  • Maybe the people in the ambulance have a human right not to be filmed by some old murderer and that is who the police were looking out for?

    telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/law-and-order/8103007/Votes-for-prisoners-John-Hirst-profile.html

  • actually the reason why is under another act of the human rights act where the family of the people involved hadn't given permission for you to film what could have been footage of their family member in a critical condition

  • What's with the 'Come on Rocky' (dog holding up your morbidly curious rush to see some blood and guts), and then when you get to your ringside seat, you tell the poor dog to stop pulling you!

Prats like you, rubber-necking and getting in the way serve no purpose than to create harm.

I also love the comment you made about sitting with your 'camcorder' at this 'notorious' junction.

Well if this is the high quality video your 'camcorder' takes - save yourself the bother, and us the bandwidth!

  • oh and please can you point out where this "6 Acts of public authorities (1)It is unlawful for a public authority to act in a way which is incompatible with a Convention right." has been violated?

  • Are you actually a lawyer? Well, silly question really, since you dont seem to care what you film. you go and film what looks like a pretty serious RTC, (2 ambulances, multiple police cars) and then moan when the police ask you to stop filming due to the sensitivity of the crash. While I understand that it is a public place, and you are entitled to film, it just makes you look a bit morbid is all, which must mean you are a lawyer.

  • So where's the crime? I don't see abuse of power - I see an idiot with a camera who needs to get sen to about his mental health issues.

  • What is legal and what is morally correct are not always the same thing. If you have to state so forcefully you are acting legally then you have probably overlooked the morality of the situation. The police officers were not only faced with what could have been a life or death situation for someone but also a narrow minded individual who seems to have missed the point of the human rights act and undermines the very act he cites by this misguided activity. Well done the police, shame on you.

  • All mouth and no action. Make your own videos before you make comments!

  • your dog does not undertand what you are saying to it. I dont doubt that the dog is considerably more inteligent than you are, but it still cant speak english

  • @ponyplayallday What are you doing with that knob on your head?

  • @jailhouselawyer hahahaha any shred of belief anyone held hat you might have more than 2 brain cells has just been washed away with that comment. You loser

  • your dog does not undertand what you are saying to it. I dont doubt that the dog is considerably more inteligent than you are, but it still cant speak english

  • You were interfeering and therefor obstructing a police officer in their line of duty mate if you want to throw the law book around!

  • your a mug and a fool. your not a journalist of any kind your just a nosy parker who thinks something happening in the street is automatically his business. the police have a right to ask you to stop filming an incident if there is a risk it could interfere with any future prosecution. you also have to think about the victims of the rtc... and another thing get your damn dog under control!!! your a disgrace and a wanna-be... NOTHING MORE

  • As it happens I am famous and have made history.

So, it is really you who is the mug and fool. Have a nice day!

  • you say that like you have just made a point. but where is the point? all you have done, as you have done in many of comments is make a mere statement which you believe to be true but have no evidence to make anyone believe it. you haven't even filmed the rtc just the police cars and the police officer directing traffic while making it clear that you cant control your dog. so your famous... for what?? its easy to make a claim but alot harder to find the proof for something that doesn't exhist!!

  • Never heard of Google search?

  • google search... i'm guessing thats where you get all your info from then. not exactly hard evidence is it. if anything just opinions of one person being expressed through another

  • Run along and play on the motorway.

  • in other words you don't know what to say to that! well that says alot more in itself than your words ever did. goodnight

  • I'm too busy writing Thursday's headlines to waste time on a troll.

  • who in there right minds films an RTC and then says the emergency services are in the wrong? think about it

  • The police were probably looking out for the victims involved in the collision, who no doubt don't want to be filmed by someone on their mobile phone.

How would you like it if you were involved in a collision and some fool started filming you on their mobile?

    Well done to the police.

  • @Zildjian285 While I agree the man filming is a retard, anyone has a right to film in public. Watch any police programme on TV and they tell the person being filmed - AND - will arrest a person that tries to stop the filming.

You can't have it both ways. Try watching RoadWars, they will demonstrate how their camera person can film anywhere he likes IN PUBLIC. That goes for whether a person has given permission or not even if not guilty of any offence. They are still filmed.

  • You film away mate, Im with you! The whole fucking street is filled with cctv, so you filming isnt going to do any harm. more than likely it will do some good. I have marked all the tosspots below as spam because they are just the usual know it all do-gooders who cant think outside their tiny brainwashed minds.

  • Would suggest you read s6(2)(a) HRA 1998, and consider this in relation to the right to privacy of any victims of the RTC. Some aspects of the crash may rely on contested evidence that should not really be made public prior to a court case (i.e. if death by dangerous driving). If a member of my family had been involved in a large RTC I would not want it on youtube, and would expect traffic officers to challenge this sort of filming. What on earth were you hoping to capture on film?

  • You are a sad little man who takes his dog for a walk and takes a camera just in case the police are out, is that about right? Get your dog under control before he causes an accident.

  • Get a life first. Without one you dont have any rights. You arse

  • I don't think the police were abusing their power, they weren't invoking a power. They were simply asking you not to film a rather distressful scene. Go ahead and argue, I'm sure it'll make no difference to anything or anyone. Just you. But that's all that matters, it's your right.

  • davermason: Ask the over 50 a day who have viewed it whether it is interesting. Job done. People can agree or disagree. When an authority figure abuses power they should always be challenged. State bullying should not be tolerated. You're entitled to your opinion, I just happen to think you are wrong. I think my sense of right and wrong is spot on. Even if my truth hurts some senses.

  • Phelix27: The police have twice failed to prosecute me for a dangerous dog. He's big enough. I think it's educational to see how stupid some motorists are gambling to get across on the red light before the cars come the other way.

  • Thats a fair comment and I have no problem with that but thats not what you filmed is it!! Further I'm not carrying on with this sensless thread anymore, you're entitled to your opinion....which regardless of what everyone else thinks is right!!

  • I'm not disputing whether what you are doing is legal or not. My argument is why you as a human being think its acceptable to film something like this and post it on the internet and be surprised at the fact that people dont agre with you.

And when someone else, police officer or otherwise challenges this you have the ordasity to think your hard done by, well words cant describe my disbelief of you and your misguided sense of right and wrong.

  • Comment removed

  • The police and ambulance staff are there to care for those needing care.

This crossroad is famous for red light jumpers. I think I will sit there with my camcorder and film those who care so little for other road users by driving through red lights.

  • Youre quit happy to claim about human rights and such but dont you think you are a hypocrite not caring anything for the rights of people injured?

  • Why watch a film of a RTC?

"this is not a legal issue, yes legally you are entitled to film in public if you so wish" Clearly it is a legal issue.

I agree the police were also morally wrong.

I don't need to give you a good reason to do what I am legally entitled to do. I deal with threats seriously and respond accordingly as I am entitled to do under the law of self defence.

Rocky is a big dog and very protective of me.

  • Not big enough believe me!!

Quite frankly you're a little scary. What exactly are you hoping to achieve by further filming at said cross roads and then posting on the internet. If there was some educational content then I could fully understand your intention but this........????

  • davermason: FYI from the Met Police website...

    "Freedom to photograph/ film

Members of the public and the media do not need a permit to film or photograph in public places and police have no power to stop them filming or photographing incidents or police personnel".

As I said, a clear abuse of police powers.

  • Why film an RTC?? what on earth is wrong with you?? this is not a legal issue, yes legally you are entitled to film in public if you so wish, the issue is a moral one. If it were your child stuck under the wheels of a bus and crying would you be so quick to film it . I'd suggest if I were a worried parent and you couldn't give me a good reason for filming then the police would be the least of your worries......and you're dog had better be a big one!!

  • The fact that you are filming an RTC and seem to belive your hard done by is just infuriating. That was an accident scene where someone could be seriously hurt or even dead and you think the most important result of that is your human rights being breached, get a grip! Have some respect for others, gain some real morals and get over yourself!

  • daver16: I think the distance I filmed from showed respect. On the other hand, the police failed to show me respect.

  • I just think that this shows a complete lack of respect for the people injured in an RTC and also shows your hypocrisy when you seem to not give a shit about their human rights, maybe they don t want to be filmed.

  • Disturbing

  • The only perversity is your comment.

  • Why film a serious road traffic accident like this? It has a certain level of perversity. What if the people are badly hurt or worse still, dead?

  • it's time to stop limiting "justice" on how much your bank-book allows. same with health-care. time to fight. NO JUSTICE NO PEACE!
