Its Real ive seen this happen bofore its some sort or rare seizure and there is no way you can fake one like that yeah its not your typical movement but all seizure are different it is real i have watche this over and over again and studied it i can clearly see its real i also know cause im traning to be a doctor beleive me its real. xx
