Got this fork a month ago.

Had the Suntour SR MAG32 before. Well... what I can say - suntour is cheap and need an upgrade and even after upgrade it will not work so good, as Rock Shox Recon 335.

RockShox is amazing fork! I didn't even expected that it will work so good.

what's up with you guys routing the hose outside the lowers? ...just weird and downright dangerous, a half inch thick branch could easily rip it of... do your self a fawour, reroute it; the four notches on the back of the arch serve to hold the ziptie from slipping along the arch and the hose should follow the arch on the front side. and get that bike out on tha trail, that fork is really capable...

okay im new to mountain biking, i am looking to get the 09 specialized rockhopper pro. my friends and i have bmx bike and hit dirt jumps that we make that are medium sized. will the rockhopper handle these?

Save a little more for a p series bike youll go through five rickhoppers bofore you break a p bike and the components are made for the abuse of dirt jumping and freeride abuse like a bmx bike the geometry is sorted and you have the option of geared or single speed

Funny u say that because I just sent In my 351 because the lockout valve cracked and trapped oil above it causing it to only compress a bit before hitting lockout. Funny.

@pochiramirez i just got a trek fuel ex 7 2009 not really ben used it has reccon 351 130's i love them i prefer my marzocchies but the travel on these babys is higher and i can dh wiht them better if you ever want to up grade i suggest marzocchies or fox shox fox are expensive marzocchies are a better price and a rock shox pike is good 2

this is no sl version, sl version is light with 80 or 100mm travel, this is the all mountain version 335 Solo air with 130mm travel,this recon have the same legs and crown as RS Revelation, bike is Author A-gang 9mm 2008,

Hello. I have a question regarding fork suspensions. I do a lot of downhill/ cross country , and the lubrication of my fork goes away , leaving my fork bare;y effecttive (it barealy moves). What type of oil must i use to lubricate it? I am using motor oil, it's very good but i don't knnow if it's good to use it, or maybe there is some special oil. Thanks you

i use silicon oil in spray (silkal 93), after ride i give some oil on legs and after 10 minutes clean the legs from the oil

@Nby21Blog dude the fork needs like 3 types of oil for lubricating if you go to a service your fork will be good as new

@Nby21Blog Don't use motor oil. Use shock oil. You can look up the right oil for your fork on the internet. Your oil goes away because the motor oil ate the seals that keep it in. You will need a rebuild too.
