Let us try and use common sense Schools are Gun free zones. meaning the charges held against you if caught are more strict. So are laws that criminals don't follow actually going to stop people whom have already decided to committ a crime. I don't think so.

I don't think a cop is going to wait to get permission before he kills a criminal like in this situation. Anyone with half a brain would have taken his arse out permission or not because in the end your saving lives by taking his and you will be a hero. You won't get in trouble.

School shooting trend have gone up again... Why didn't they set up a hotline to help troubled students instead of just adjusting the gun laws.
