@TodaysSweetkiss It depends on how active you are now.. if you haven't been exercising at all, I would start walking... and eating healthy. Then I would ease into something like Power 90 (that is by the same trainer -Tony Horton) but came before P90X. Then once you finish Power 90, see how you are. I wasted so much time and money going to the gym, hiring a personal trainer and killing myself trying to lose the weight. I then switched to turbofire and Shakeology, increased my calories and the weight started coming off. Great recipe. i was thinking or trying shakelogy but afraid to spend the money. Doing turbo fire with little results i think it is my eating pretty sure its my eating. i think i eat too little actually thanks for vids How is Davids mass building going?
