Today was the perfect day for it too, I was to dependant and waiting on

My signfiant other (in my life, to make decisions), but I am

Not going to wait and focus on

    Me and what I can

Do for me and in this life.

    Blessed be *

  • @tonoabond Thank you again for your strength...Its been many months on my lifes changes for the better. I left a "ok" relationship of 8 years, just moved into my new place, found a great friends, I got a new job and in School at night for Shiatsu...I am making positive changes. The emotional part I am still working on or letting go of...Shiatsu massage has helped my life, mind and body. I wanted to share this brief story because people need to open their eyes to a new way of good care health.

  • very powerful, awesome video! :)

  • People, including myself, sometimes find it extremely hard to let go of the past, especially if it has left a sour taste in our mouth. Even when we say we have let things go and plan to move forward, it always creep up some kindof way. But as you said, we need to focus on going up the ladder and reaching out to what is in front of us rather than continuing to look behind us when it is gone and cannot help or hinder us anymore, although sometimes easier said than done.. great video!

  • @NaturallyBlu yes the past is hard to let go of, but it is not because of the memory itself, but the emotions tied to the memories. If we pay attention to how we feel about our thoughts and how said thoughts make us feel, then we can spend time reframing that emotion so that we can recreate the memory and make it into something that can serve us. Thanks for the comment!
