Short anecdote unrelated to the song. I have an odd memory for some things: you introduced me to The Kinks with the vinyl album "Arthur"> Well, that blind date worked, I love The Kinks still and bought lots of their CDs even though I had the vinyl records.
@tchapler Well Ted my love for The Kinks borderlines compulsive, I went to England last year and tracked down their studio Konk, I will send you an email with full disclosure of my fascination, respect , & love of those guys!
Test, I have sent some responses on the vids but they never show up-maybe I've been banned but what could I have done I have not seen my meester since 1973.
@tchapler Ted You showed up loud and clear. Good to know you have a good ear still and are alive and well. I'll send you an email or write a message on youtube. I really appreciated your comments. Coming from you made all those nice things you said mean more to me. Thanks for firing me up , your timing couldn't have been better! ☮
Thanks GhostLeader, I wrote the song about 4 years ago and have had many different Ideas of how to present it. It does sound good with banjo and there are all kinds of possibilities and combinations . This is a tribute to a great guitarist John Cipollina that needs to be honored for the totally talented beyond badass he was. I
real appreciate the fact that you took the time and cared enough to comment. I will do probably an audio version next and I'll make sure you get a copy. Peace
pretty good dude. I recommend recording the Rhythm section, then doing the leads over it, it'll make it sound cleaner, but thats just my opinion, it's a good solid song
Excellent MT- frequently I find a longish (for me, no attention span)song hard to hang with but you kept it lively and gripping. Also, big ups for using the word 'apropos' in a song I think it may be a first.
Ted Chapler {Anybody listening or reading Mr. Tekeli's music or web page, you do not know me- I'm just a regular guy who listens to music.]
when you watch the video it's like his presence is there - watch the picture frame around the Swami Johnny picture and the top right of the "U" in Dinosaurs...
@4ikik I'll check it out iky , it's in HD don't know if you watched it in 720pix or whatever but he sure felt like he was steering me, I was driven to get it done on the 29th (HD takes like 3 hours to upload so it posted after midnite on the 30th). thanks
This is a very nice Song !!

Wish he was still around for you and all. Bummed I didn't get to know him. Felt his presence always at the Nation.
