That tool a commodone extractor is meant to remove one blackhead at a time. You are suppose to put the blackhead (commodone) in the middle of the opening at the end and then scooping motion remove the black head as you pressdown. But then again it seems to working well for you there lol

I would boil water and pour it into a large bowl. I put my face over the steam and use a towel to cover my head so that the steam doesn't escape. I do that for a few minutes and repeat a few times. That way, it opens up your pores and you can just wipe away the blackheads.

Blackheads are not dirt. They are excess cells caused by a failure to slough properly, usually brought about by oil in a follicle/pour allowing bacteria an opportunity to enter the area in question (due to the sloughing of cells being, well, absent), which triggers an immune respons, which triggers swelling. This leads to pimple and/or blackheads. They turn a rusted due to the cells' exposure to light.

If you touch your face with you're hand, you're going to clog the pores with the natural oils from your hands. Totally defeats the purpose. Try a nose strip or do it your way but use a napkin between your finger and nose.

they're actually pretty easy. let's say you're getting some on the left side of your nose (your left). take your thumb of your right hand and press on the end of your nostril and push on the top of your cheek with your left pointer finger. you can clear out many at once

Youre pores are really gross looking, and... those are not blackheads. Ughh. Blackheads are little black dots on your face and when you pop them they come out looking like a seed. Formed from the natural oils on your face that harden in your pores.

To make it less painful use a HOT clean wash cloth and hold it in place for a few minutes. This opens the pores. Wash with soap and rinse. Now evacuate the pore, follow with an astringent, then ice to shrink the poors. Using an exfolient followed by a clay masque regularly will shrink the pores.

It would be nice if their was actually medication out there that got rid of black heads.... Everything that claims to work on mine doesn't.I get them like crazy in my nose, and cheeks and they make more pores look super big. I tried everything from the derm except accutane and he said that because I was not scarring I could not use it. Maybe they should get something that works.
